Yes, but I ordered several bouquets and they were not at all like the pictures and one was disgracefully not at all what I ordered. Barely the same flowers. The basket of goodies was nothing like the pictures.
And the response to that was not a refund. Or a do over. It was insulting, a $10 off coupon that anyone can get on line. It was nothing! It was a ploy to get me to purchase from you again. You used my dissatisfaction to market. Very crass.
That did not make anything right.
I doubt I will use you again.
Ordering flowers especially for bereavement should be much more professional.

They are just the middle man they are not a florist. They find florist and only give them the minimum money. They keep the rest. CALL YOUR LOCAL FLORIST!
After the first order to my client in Illinois I complained that the flowers arrived very wilted and some thrown away. After u sent the 2nd time, ALL flowers were wilted. Clearly u have a problem with getting real flowers from a CA distribution center to somewhere in mid country.

The website was not the appealing on its surface. However, I thought the ordering process was simple and intuitive. I thought their prices were more reasonable than Flowers.com and they had more convenient delivery dates available. If the flowers arrive on time and as pictured this will have been a fantastic experience.
Answer: They are criminals and scammers, not a business, I will not stop until my money is refunded, regardless if it takes 20 years or more. I will be making multiple places for all of us to coordinate and discuss options to get our money back and keep others from being scammed by them.
Answer: THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. I did not receive the flowers I ordered. I asked which local florist they were using but they refused to tell me; I now realize this is a "policy" to ensure that customers cannot communicate with the florist & exchange information about prices. It is clear that they falsely advertise, charge customers high prices, and pay the florist a fraction; therefore, the florist sends low quality flowers because they are receiving a low payment in the exchange. This company is a scam. They are scamming both the public and the florists who contract with them. They should be shut down.
