They broke after 3 years. Very poor customer service and very bad quality. The ropes frayed quickly and left the blinds useless.

Answer: I ordered blinds for my entire house from Just Blinds 17 yrs ago. Your help with problems thru the years have been great... the questions answered and problems solved. Now another problem with my continuous cord loop blind... only one sdie goes up.
Answer: Ours is about 1/2 inch, the same as the blinds we replaced these with. Ours are light blocking and work very well.
