I purchased almost $1000 worth of blinds to cover most of the windows in my home. I have had to replace nearly all of the blinds that I bought. Now that the blinds are out of warranty (3 years), the company wants me to purchase the blinds at 20% off. This is unfair because obviously, their blinds aren't good quality.
One of the customer service agents that I talked to said that I could have gotten a "bad batch" with cords that break easily. Well obviously that's the case, so why am I having to pay for their mistake?
I ordered, and received, 6 (six) Solar Shades for an inside mount installation. After installing the first shade, we realized that the sides of the fabric did not cover the glass in our windows, even though the fit on the roller mechanism inside the window frame was very tight. The claim blazoned across their Home Page offering a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee", and a Return Policy that explicitly states that if unable to achieve your satisfaction, "we will promptly provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions", is totally false. This company has a 100% NON-Refundable policy. When I requested instructions for returning the shades, their Sales Rep, Lucrecia, told me: "The shades are not returnable because they are a custom size... All of our products are custom sizes... None of our products is returnable because ALL are custom sizes."
Ordered cordless roman shade- instead of pleat stiffener to raise shade has thin string sewed in along back of shade that will look very tacky from outside. Shade is very cheap looking- made in Vietnam. Because I ordered custom size won't take back. Very disappointed in company!
It was impossible to get my $20 off for subscribing to emails so that was annoying.
The blinds are nice.
My order never arrived to my house so I called and inquired, left my number and received a call back that they would look into it. A call back was never made (despite them having in their notes I requested it) so I called again and left a message. I never heard from JustBlinds.com again but they still billed my credit card. I disputed the charge but to no avail because they do not require signatures for deliveries. They claim the package was left at my door but there is no mention that my door is on a porch. Additionally, there was someone at the house the day they claim the delivery was made and our dogs would have barked had someone stepped onto the porch. Customer service says, "I am sorry", collects their money and moves on. #shameoneyou

I worked for a while on a large order until I noticed they were charging sales tax in the checkout process. I asked them what this was about, since they are in Texas and I am in Washington. They cited some new regulation without specifying. There is no cross state regulation that I am aware of.
I verified with WA Sate dept. of revenue if they are listed as an entity perceiving/collecting sales tax on behalf of the state and they are not listed anywhere.
As far as I am concerned, they are pocketing the 'sales tax' they invented.
Poor customer service. They refused to rectify an issue with the blinds. They claim that the flaw was not correctable and could potentially happen again. The issue prevented the blinds from functioning. I will never use them again.
I ordered one set of blinds on May 28th and it's now July 2nd. I have made numerous calls, left my order number and left my number waiting on a 713 area code callback. I also waited on line for 75 minutes two straight days and nobody responded. This is unbelievable because they don't even respond to calls at all.

Ordered top down bottom up shades from the 800 number on the website. Shades were shipped as bottom up only when I reported they shipped the wrong shades they replied that the agent that placed the order would have to be contacted. Just blinds did not contact me I called back and I was told there was nothing they would do and I was stuck with the shades they shipped
Incorrectly.
I reported it to Discover Card. Just blinds advised Discover that I did not take warranty so it is not covered. I asked why I would want a warranty that I was not informed about to cover me against Just blinds shipping the incorrect shades.
Just Blinds is a rip-off company
They never sent a replacement blind even after I sent them a picture and they agreed that it was defective. I called today after waiting for months. They said that it was on file, but it was canceled. They said to take another picture and send it to them. They said that the first one was canceled for some reason. I am 70 years old and do not want to climb up a later and download pictures after having done it already. So hung up on them and now ordering through another company who takes pride in customer care.
I needed to close the gap, I sent pictures & was told they'd get right back to me. After 2 days I never heard from them again. Never responded to my emails for status, just blew me off.
My experience with JustBlinds was exemplary! From how easy it was to order my blinds on line, to how quickly I received them! The best part was each and every blind fit perfectly as I measured them! The quality is wonderful! The blinds are sturdy, and well built. They change the look of my whole house. The best part was the price. For what I paid, I honestly wasn't sure what I was going to get. But what I got are beautiful, sturdy, well built blinds! I have recommended and will continue to recommend JustBlinds to everyone I know!
Newly remodeled kitchen, our first choice for blinds was an unhappy choice. We found the perfect roller blinds made with the material and color we were looking for at JustBlinds. We received them today and it only took about 30 minutes to install them. The color, fit, and material of my roller blinds are perfect! I'm in love with them and also very grateful for the very reasonable price and time they took to get here.
I LOVE THE BLINDS! Your company was great to work with. Everything was done exactly as ordered. The color is exactly like the sample that was sent to me. The blinds were easy to install and we are really enjoying them.
I ordered 17 white aluminum blinds=$340. All of the top slats were not right. 2 of them were so badly shaped that I couldn't use them. They are also very cheaply made. I thought I had ordered from them before, but after receiving them I realized the quality was horrible, and that it wasn't the same place.
I placed me order and was given a date to expect the blinds. Weeks later I rec'd notice they weren't going to arrive when promised and I was given the opportunity to cancel my order, which I did. Weeks later I got a notice that because the part causing the delay had been delivered, I couldn't cancel my order because they couldn't return the part. I asked why this was my problem. The blinds were sent anyway and, mistaking them for my Select Blinds (5 stars), I opened the box. Ooops. I never got a response after I asked why this was my problem and don't expect a response now. The blinds are going to the dumps. Bull$#*! company. My bad. Select Blinds customer all the way!
If it was a bot, well done! But, the bot or person showed me colors and I was able to match it perfectly just online. My daughter bought her entire house of blinds from you - and recommended to me!
The design specialists via phone and chat helped immensely! I was able to send pictures via email and talk with a specialist. As I ordered, I chatted with another. Both made it a great experience!
I paid for a set of blinds and was given a delivery day only to see that the blinds never showed up. When I called and said where is my blinds? I was informed the delivery date has been pushed out another week and a half. I said will go ahead and refund my money and Ill get blind somewhere else. They informed me that since the blinds were already in production I cant Get a refund. So basically the blinds havent even been made yet but theyre forcing me to except it and to me youre showing me as far as being a company youre no better than Hillary Clinton youre a crook and a thief and all I can say is when you plan a bad seed you always get a huge harvest you guys enjoy it

Answer: I ordered blinds for my entire house from Just Blinds 17 yrs ago. Your help with problems thru the years have been great... the questions answered and problems solved. Now another problem with my continuous cord loop blind... only one sdie goes up.
Answer: Ours is about 1/2 inch, the same as the blinds we replaced these with. Ours are light blocking and work very well.
