One of the blinds I ordered did not function properly after a quick phone call the blind was replaced.
Loved the 3 cellular shades I got!. Easy ordering. Easy install. Best price I found anywhere including Big Box stores' sales prices which were still TWICE as much… ON SALE! (I have NO IDEA who would actually pay full price).
For example, I paid $85 per blind… HALF the other quotes. Really adds up when you're covering multiple windows.
Not super fast delivery but I wasn't in a rush so it was fine (about 3-4 weeks) and understandable since they are a custom made item
I bought these double cell blinds in order to preserve warmth at night. I noticed a lot of cold was radiating into the room even tho my windows are double pane. You can really feel the improvement now. The chill is gone. Hoping my heating bill goes down too.
I need to cover 5 more windows and I will get them from this company again. Highly recommend!
We ordered our second set of vertical blinds and was very disappointed in the quality of the material. Our first set lasted 14 years before they became brittle in the New Mexico south facing window sun. Broken part and not enough coverage. I know these won't make it 3 years. I called to complain and she said I had to hang all of them before she could do anything about the problems. I told her I didn't want to do all that work, only to send them back. She said I had to before she could do anything about the problems. Do yourself a favor buy your window covering from someone else. Peggy
Ordered Deluxe Roller Shade. Took long time to arrive. Instructions very poor that came with the shade as well as online. Brackets seemed different than shown on website, but finally figured out the problem on my own, as trying to call Customer Service, waited on phone for over 30 minutes. Of course they warn you it may be awhile, and give you the choice to call back, but stated it may be several hours due to "high volume of calls". Quality is average to me--the bottom edge sewing missed about a 8" length of the correct seam, but glued it down. The roll down cords aren't the best because of their design, but they do work. Hopefully, they will stay working and not break.
Now that I see they are made in China, understand the problems. But customer service is a joke so far, as other have mentioned!
I have bought blinds from this site on separate occasions. Both experiences were great! They even had record of my order way back in 2005 so I was able to determine which blinds to order in 2012 that would best match! I was very appreciative for that service! Will definitely order from them again and again!

I did exactly what the site said with measuring - and even though I was fearful that i would get it wrong and measured everything 4 times before committing, the blinds came out perfectly. There were blinds already on the downstairs windows and at first my husband thought the new blinds were too long. But they fit perfectly! He even said he is going to replace all the old ones over time since these are such better quality and fit the window so well - no light or heat comes through!

Ordered a roller shade, it came in an inch less in width than the 22.5" width I specified. CS said read ordering instructions, shades are going to be a "tad" less than ordered. One inch on 22.5" is not a "tad"!? How hard is it to state on the site when you are specifying dimensions to add a fixed amount to the desired width? CS would only offer a discount on another blind. She also offered to send me the ordering instructions. Thanks. Thanks a lot. It was a $32 blind, neither is going to go broke about it, but losing my business over that is a poor way to run a company. I need to replace hundreds of dollars of blinds in my home, and now they will not get my future business nor would I ever recommend them. Caveat Emptor.
After ordering 6 blinds from Justblinds.com, estimated shipping said they would be here a week ago. Received the verticals quickly and within the time frame. After much back and fourth I received 2 shades a few days ago, still missing 3. Which brings me to today, customer service after keeping me waiting 25 minutes finally tells me parts are back ordered and aren't expected to ship for another 2 weeks. I had to do all the leg work no communication from the company explaining any delays. Horrible experience with this company, never again
These blinds are so awesome! I ordered the faux wood in bright white in 2", outside mount. Took a bit longer than my last order-(3days), which was over 10 years ago when we lived in Houston, but I imagine that your company has grown quite a bit since then and that y'all are much busier now.:^) Anyway, they were so easy to install, and less than HALF the price of a big box store for measuring, build, and installation, plus, that took about 6 weeks! And they look better, too-perfect fit! Thanks so much.
I placed an order for my bamboo blind on Jan. 25. It was supposed to be delivered on March 5, to this day today, March 30, I still have not received it. It shows it still sitting in Austin, TX since March 19 and has not moved!
Everytime I call I get a different story.
I would just be cautious about ordering from this company, I am very disappointed. I just want my bamboo blind that I paid for!

The idea that you sell insurance for $12 more to ensure you'll replace mis-cut blinds is disconcerting. I did not buy it as I am hopeful your company is good enough to provide an order correctly. Guess I'll find out.
Everything came as expected except I thought I ordered the wand but I guess if you go back a page during the order process choices reset possibly. No biggie as I actually like the smooth operation of the cord.

I bought four cellular shades for my living room. One no longer raises. I called the company and I'm out of warranty AND a year after my purchase, they discontinued the shade, therefore they cannot offer me a replacement OR a repair kit. I thought I was buying their brand of shade. This shade is one of two that bookends my big picture window. I'd like them all to match and can't afford to replace them right now. So I'd think twice about ordering again from JustBlinds.com. I feel had I ordered from a more reputable company, I'd have options. Lesson learned too late.
Very very slow production/shipping and they don't fulfill their promise for the delivery estimation. I made my order in May 16 then until Jun 26, I only got shipping label created and even only for 3 blinds of 11 total. Anyway, they will not arrive in the expected date even. What a bad luck I got when I decided to buy from them. When you want to contact them, they don't have convenient way to reach them out, like email or quick link but they only have phone number that they will never answer it as they are justifying that with the excuse of COVID19. That doesn't make sense for me.
Ordered two faux wood blinds for my oddly shaped bedroom windows. I actually called with questions and immediately talked to a very helpful representative. Was told how to measure and that the blinds could take 2-3 weeks to ship. They arrived two weeks later with free shipping. Easy installation and they look like blinds that cost 5 times as much. I would not hestitate to order again. By the way, I am a real person - 64 years old retired professor.
I flip houses and this is the fifth time that I had ordered blinds. The orders have always been correct and the blinds have fit perfectly. E-mail communication has been great letting me know when the blinds were being made and when they were going to be shipped, which helps me with scheduling work. Shipping time is pretty quick considering you are getting custom made blinds. I have no complaints whatsoever with the service I have received and will continue to order more blinds.
Easy to order exact size needed and plenty of colors to choose from. Installation videos helpful to correctly measure windows for blinds.

From the very day i received these blinds i was suspect. In spite of that I hung them on my windows, and 2/4 recoil mechanisms were broken. The blinds would uncoil and just act limp. After pulling out the tension spring, the blinds still don't recoil. I contacted the company to return them, but I only had a standard warranty... I mean who knew a standard warranty doesn't cover manufacturer defect. In fact the only guarantee i received from the company - was the guarantee that if i watch a video on how to reset the tension spring - that i would be satisfied... So now their warranty and guarantee's are equally worthless. Save your money!
Bought the shades as a Christmas present for my daughter (after she picked the style and color). She loves them and her husband said they were a breeze to install. Several pleats separated. Also shades slide side to side leaving them crunched on one side and a big gap on the other side.If you ever have issues like this with Bali. They send you a new shade. JustBlinds wanted to recharge me to replace.
My experience was great. It started with the free samples that arrived very quickly. They really helped me make my decision. I went back on line and placed the order and the process was very easy. My blinds arrived exactly when promised and the installation was a breeze. I viewed the online tutorial but really didn't need to, because the instructions that came with the order were enough. The price was reasonable, the quality is top notch and the blinds look wonderful. I would definitely refer a friend.
I ordered a room darkening roller blind from justblinds.com rather then go to the local Lowes. I did this because I suspected the fit and finish would be better from justblinds.com. I was totally right. The cut and the added touches like the ends of the pull being sewn are exactly what I had hoped for. It litterally took me 5 minutes to install and it was a perfect fit (I made sure my measurements were spot on as well). I was even able to get it in a grey color that matched the room. Great quality and about the same price makes this a great deal.

Answer: I ordered blinds for my entire house from Just Blinds 17 yrs ago. Your help with problems thru the years have been great... the questions answered and problems solved. Now another problem with my continuous cord loop blind... only one sdie goes up.
Answer: Ours is about 1/2 inch, the same as the blinds we replaced these with. Ours are light blocking and work very well.
