Worst customer service ever. Ordered weeks ago and still haven't received. Package held up by shipping company and they offered no assistance. Stay away from this e-store. Worst online shopping experience ever!

I ordered, paid for and received email confirmation for a Seder Plate on 11th March 2022 as a gift for Pesach. The email confirming shipping arrived on 21st March, 10 days later. When the item hadn't arrived in early April, I spoke with the Jerusalem store and was assured not to worry. The tracking website gave no useful information whatsoever except to show that the Seder Plate had sat in a courier's warehouse in Holland for 2 weeks. Needless to say the beautiful Seder Plate arrived on 16th April - 5 weeks after being ordered and the day after Seder Night. A week later and the tracking website still shows it as pending delivery!
The Yair Emanuel Heart with Flowers was my most recent purchase from Judaica Webstore. It is lovely. I love the products I ordered but the parcel was taking ages to deliver & on inquiring with sorting office discovered there was a service charge of £18 to pay on it. Not really sure how to avoid this in the future any ideas welcome

Ordering on site was effortless. But they say shipping US is 7-14 days. It took almost a full month to receive items. My order status on their site still shows "in process" - so that's not very useful. They charged my card when order was placed, not when they shipped.
They didn't respond to my first email but then did answer my second query. Communication is poor but value is good.
I would highly recommend this store to all my friends and family. Everything I ordered... I was very happy with the product. The shipping is not the fastest, but that is to be expected from "overseas" orders. I would not agree with the negative reviews, that I have read. After reading reviews, totally freaked out since I already placed my order. However, in hindsight, there was no reason to panic.
Placed order, December 5.
Shipped December 17.
Arrived in Florida USA December 27.
Was able to track shipment with tracking info they sent. DHL Globalmail and then the US Postal Service. While the shipment took a bit longer, everything else was fine and the product as described.
Due to a slight breakdown in communication, regarding sizes, I ended up with 3 pairs of sandals (I was told to keep them as a courtesy to me). I also had to pay custom duty on one pair and not on the others. However when I had to contact the staff by e-mail they were helpful and in the end I am satisfied with the sandals I ordered.
I ordered a named braeclet for my wife with English name and Hebrew name underneath. The item arrived nice and early and look very nice. However it seems that the resident artist decides the style, layout and size of the lettering. They don't send a draft to be approved by the client
In my opinion the English name is too large and as result the Hebrew name is too small
The experience was great. I love this store, although it is a bit pricy. But what I bought is super small. I understand that it is supposed to be worn in a pandora type bracelet. But I can hardly see the stones. I thought it was bigger. I think it is pricy for the size of the product.

Do Not order from this site. I to placed an order on the 29th of November for a prayer Shaw and nickle clips... I also sent customer service an email and they sent one back 2days later stating they are still waiting for it to come from the supplier here its December 19th and I have not received my items or my money refunded back to my bank account. I'm letting people know on Facebook twitter etc. Not to buy from this store and why... I might be out my money my shaw and clips but I will get the word out and those who has had these same problems should to. Let's help others not get scammed...

I so wish I would have looked at reviews before I purchased from this site. Like everyone else, it has been 10 days since my order was placed. They were quick to take my money but as of yet, my shipment is pending. I too paid the extra money to have it shipped fast since this was a gift. I have sent three emails to their customer service email address and have not received any response whatsoever. I tried to contact them on Facebook but the general population cannot post on their page. Today I called my bank to begin the process of reversing the charges. I have zero faith that they will ship my order and quite frankly I can buy the necklace elsewhere. Horrible customer service. Do not buy from them - you will regret it
Ordered few items online for 60$. The order online included shipping and handling.
After almost 30 days of waiting I got the items delivered to the post office demanding COD charges of 22?. Contacted the store severe times with no results. They tried to blame the customs for the charges but in Canada there are no customer under 100$ orders. It was my last order with them and I encourage all to be very careful.
My son purchased a necklace on 4/17/17. He paid $20 extra for it to arrive in 2-4 business days. This was a gift that did not arrive till 5/9/17. Based on these reviews I will not ask for a refund of shipping just chalk up to lesson learned.
I purchased 2 items - both beautiful, and will be treasured memories of a trip taken to Israel. I especially like that Judaica Web Store verified the spelling of the name for one item, as it is an unusual name - I appreciate that they took the extra time and care to make sure my item would be correct. This is the second time I have purchased from them, and would do so again. Very satisfied with overall purchase and experience.
Do not... and I repeat DO NOT ever order from this store. My product has been in the processing stage of shipping for 3 going on 4 weeks. There is no email address on the site, and with the time difference I cannot contact them! All I wanted was a sweat shirt and t-shirt.
I placed an order for candle holders from this company going on two months now. I have yet to receive my merchandise. My emails went unanswered until I filed a complaint with PayPal! Hopefully I get a refund. Don't let the tracking number they give you fool you. Do NOT order from this company total scam artists.
