Purchased the - large wall hanging blessing for home - it came crooked, in an open box!
It cost me 88$ and for what?
For a very thin material, very light, not even something that's worth the money!
I sent them an email about how i received it since it was suppose to be a gift and how i cant even use it as a gift (ill make a full out of myself) they didn't even respond!
Bad costumer service!

I was recommended this website by a friend who shops there frequently and has always been satisfied with her orders.
I got a necklace from them first time around. It was gorgeous, and I was really happy with it, but after a number of wears, the chain broke. (I can sometimes be hard on my jewelry, but still, it was new-ish, so I was rather disappointed.) I contacted them and they replaced it with a new and stronger chain, no charge and no hassle. It took a couple of weeks with shipping, but that wasn't a big deal. I've been wearing the necklace ever since with no problems. I was also impressed with their customer service, and that means a lot to me - you could tell they want to make good with their customers when things go wrong.
Since then, I've shopped there several times with no problems. I'd recommend this sight hands down.
Do not... I repeat. Do not order from this website. They answer your emails immediately when you are going to place an order, but, now that I want to make a return... my emails have gone unanswered for a week. I now have the charge in dispute with my credit card company.
Due to a slight breakdown in communication, regarding sizes, I ended up with 3 pairs of sandals (I was told to keep them as a courtesy to me). I also had to pay custom duty on one pair and not on the others. However when I had to contact the staff by e-mail they were helpful and in the end I am satisfied with the sandals I ordered.
I purchased a business card holder for my sister in law and a kinetic Star of David clock for myself. I didn't understand the breakdown of the charges on my e-receipt. I requested an explanation as I thought I was paying a lot less than was on the receipt. I received an explanation which was very satisfactory. All in all I am a very happy shopper and will be returning for more purchases. Thank you Judaica.
I am always satisfied with the products I order from Judaicawebstore.com. The products are always as advertised and arrive in a timely manner. This past order, I had a shipping concern and emailed customer service. My concern was handled quickly and to my complete satisfaction but even more than that, the representative was NICE. STAY AWAY, wish I saw these reviews first. I am experiencing every problem listed. Customer service does not respond until my bank got involved. Even then they did NOT answer the questions. We paid $50 + extra to receive the goods in time for the holidays. Guess what holiday is over still no product. When they say 7-14 business days they mean 14 BUSINESS DAYS & dont forget to add 4 business days for them to pack & ship =18 business days! If you want to return YOUR responsible to pay an additional shipping back to them plus the original shipping. I can go on but you get the picture.
I placed my order with them a month ago, nothing has been shipped till the moment, i sent two E-mails for them to cancel my order and yet nothing has been done yet, i am contacting my credit card company tomorrow.
Service is really bad, very poor communication.

My experience with JudaicaWebStore.com and also their customer service support has been excellent. I ordered an item that was no longer available and they were quick to reach out and resolve the issue with me. They provided other options or a refund. I preferred to buy a different product in the same price range and they fixed the issue immediately. I am so happy with their service and I will definitely be a loyal customer in return, I love their products and I am extremely impressed on how fast they are to resolve and fix any issues. They truly show that they value their customers and are so helpful. They are absolutely a wonderful blessing.
I ordered a neckless from them on September 16, Paid for it online, and did not receive it as of November 12. I was told it has been shipped from Israel and received by the U.S. Post Office on September 28. I was given a tracking number to track the item. USPS says, the tracking number does not exist. I have sent numerous e-mails to judaicawebstore inquiring about the status of this shipment. Never received an answer.
I purchased a variety of your anointing oils. I also purchased a tile to hang on my wall and the colors are so vibrant and true to the pictures that you display from your store. I am very satisfied with everything in my order. The products themselves were amazing and I have used them with great care and respect. I have several other products in your store that I'm going to be ordering in the very near future. I have told others about you and I'm expecting them to order also as they were delighted with what I had purchased and now they too are interested in what you have available.

Very high quality and gorgeous product - thanks JudaicaWebStore! I saw a handmade silver Hebrew name necklace in Jerusalem recently and foolishly did not purchase it there so I was grateful to find it online - and for less $!
Although it took a little longer by mail to reach me, the items bought were great. Also service from Shlomi was great. Willing to find out why the package didn't arrive within the promised time. Glad it arrived a little late but safe and sound.
Purchased a shirt that had a healthy shipping fee. The USPS left the item against the front door in a high density urban neighborhood and the envelope was promptly stolen. So I am left with the expense and nothing to show but disappointment. At that price, offering the option to have the coverage would have been a layup. They are not willing to offer anything in return.
I would opt for a different merchant.

Man, I wish I'd have seen these reviews before I made the mistake of ordering from this terrible company. Just like everyone else, I placed an order in good faith on November 13, and paid a chunk of change for super speedy delivery. It's November 22 and it still hasn't shipped. I was so pleased to have been far enough ahead of Chanukah that the gifts I chose were certainly going to arrive on time. Fat chance. I have virtually no hope that I'll get them at any point during the entire 8 days of Chanukah. Guess I will give these lovely Chanukah gifts for Christmas this year or, more likely Purim. Run, run away from this wretched, horrible, worthless, crappy, completely irresponsible company. I hate them.
I have ordered a bracellet, but i got it after 1 month, instead of 7-14 days, and the quality is very very poor, it doesn't look like in the picture at all and has some defects... I intend to return it back, i hope that i'll get my money back.
I ordered a pair of sandals from this company May 5,2014. It stated on the website they were made to order and that it would take about 2 weeks from the order date to make them then about 7-14 for shipping, although I secretly had hoped they wouldn't take that long. After about 3 weeks, while waiting, I saw these reviews and I started to wonder if I really wasn't going to get my order after all, even though I got a confirmation email that they had shipped ( but no tracking). However, they actually did arrive today June 16,2014 and I have to say that I am more than pleasantly surprised. These are handmade leather sandals that were only $23 plus $9 shipping and the quality and color is truly beautiful! I was blown away that they fit perfectly and they are amazingly comfortable already with the first wear, which is rare for me to find when I initially am trying to break in shoes. I am so pleased with these, in spite of the lengthy wait, that I will be ordering again from them!
