J&P shipped the parts quickly, however the Quality of the parts received was not good. Brake master cylinder rebuild kit was unusable as the parts did not fit properly- they were the correct parts for my bike- just poor craftsmanship/tolerances. Luckily I was able to refurbish the factory parts and just threw away the parts I purchased.

Purchased a Saddleman Road Sofa seat and Legend Revo A shocks through the site. Items were delivered promptly and packaged well to prevent damage. I bought 12" shocks when I should have gotten 13". The shocks were able to be returned and purchased in the correct size without any issue. The how to videos on the site are a big plus in terms of helping someone with minimal wrenching skills install the parts on my own with confidence.

Brand new to riding so I'm fairly inexperienced with tire sizing etc, and support helped me find the correct size in a very quick manner. Shipping was even faster than I thought it would be, arrived after just 2-3 days

I installed different handlebars on my motorcycle and needed a longer clutch cable. I went to J&P Cycles web page and easily found exact fit cable. I ordered the cable and it was delivered the NEXT day. The experience couldn't be better! Great job!

Very satisfied with the products that I ordered and received. However was prompted to apply for a 10% discount code. The code was text to me and email to me. After finalizing my order was denied the discount. If your not going to honor it don't offer it!

I've been shopping with JP Cycles for over 24 years that I can recall and I've rarely ever had an issue or problem with anything. Would like a new catalogue sent and I would like to see JP start selling some old school stuff shovel head. It's getting harder and harder to find shovel head stuff and Dana replacement stuff for non-OEM replacements outside of that zero complaints I'm a happy rider. Keep the greasy side down.!

Im a return cusromer they have always full filled my orders without any hassle as far as comparing there parts im unable to do that because i use what they sent me and its always been satisfactory. There was a time i ordered two sets of rear shocks one for a dyna one for a sporster and they happened to be the same part so J&P promptly notified me and i reassured them it was correct. Most of these money hungry companys of today would ve laughed and shipped two thinking what a sucker hes stuck with an extra set. J&P made sure i wanted two, other than that im not sure what a new customer needs to hear? In my world it was one of the easiest online shopping ive ever done

I initially purchased the least expensive parts I could find on Ebay. When I received them, I was unhappy with the quality. Looking for higher quality parts, I found them on J&P Cycles website. I was pleased with the tolerances and finishes. While I did have to do some further machine work to the parts at my shop, the end result was up to the standards I have when I make motorcycle parts myself.

I've been a customer of J&P Cycles for a lot of years and they always have the best parts and accessories for very competitive prices. This order was for a K&N oil filter. It was shipped fast and the price was excellent. After years of buying from J&P and having good experiences, they are my goto supplier..

Doing a hydraulic tensioner upgrade on my 03 twin cam. The cam plate came packaged extremely well in the fueling packaging. Was super clean and came with assembly lube which is nice! Definitely recommend for those looking to upgrade with quality parts!

I used size charts available when ordering helmet, those charts recommend measuring head circumference, ordering modular helmet as I did, charts should recommend measuring some other parts of the face. Modular feature in the helmet ordered doesn't close due my big jaws. So as today I have not used my new helmet.

From ordering on line to delivery to my home, the process was seamless and hassle free. I don't use anybody else for my parts. I have never had a bad experience with the customer service, all the way down to delivery. Always been a5 start experience. You've got a lifelong customer.

Use J&P Cycles frequently, the parts look good although I have not installed, presuming that I will have no issues. J&P provides quality products, usually at a reasonable price, I have an RPM membership and it has been extremely helpful with discounts and accumulating points to redeem towards parts. Bought a chrome starter with my points for one of my bikes

All was good and high quality parts! But I paid 35$ to have my parts delivered the next day and that did not happen. I received it almost 3 days later… missed an important Veterans ride. My only issue. Thanks… I know now!

I've got an Evo style engine. Internals unknown. I pull it apart to inspect and explore. The engine is obviously stroked and big bore. Tech service helped me walk through sleves outside diameter to get the right gaskets to put this monster back together. Knowledgeable and knew exactly what I needed and sent me the link to the exact gasket set I needed. Great guys there

Product received on time but we damaged in shipping. Contacted customer service so promptly addressed the issue and shipped out a replacement. While it was an inconvenience to me, the situation was managed to the best of their ability. And as a measure of added customer service, I was issued a small credit to use towards future purchase.

Really confusing shipping notifications and emails.I later discovered if I would have shopped around i could have got alot better deal on the same products. All in all I probably would not purchase from this company in the future.

Great and wide selection of parts. Parts availability is awesome. I don't like that j and p ships fedex. FedEx is by far my least favorite shipper. Also on the website when looking at parts and then going back a page to go back to the page I was scrolling is quite a chore to go back to where you left off.

I have ordered mufflers and pipes seats, windshield oil, change kits, a heel shifter for my Indian and other things and I just can't think of what all they are right now. Everything is fit perfectly and exactly like they say it will. The directions are a bit hazy when you get the stuff if you had no experience in doing that, you would have a problem Because the directions are very very hazy but everything is perfect. No damage on anything. Everything has been perfect you guys are my place to shop.

Found this company through Google search. Large variety of parts and accessories for my Harley Road King. What got me was the pricing free shipping to Hawaii. Pretty much the only company does free shipping to Hawaii is Amazon. Got a forever customer.
