JoyBuy equals fraud

I purchased galvanized watering pots in colorful colors. They came 3 weeks late & were the size of 1oz cups. I'm assuming they're used for dolls? I contacted them 10x to cancel the order after it took over 3 weeks for delivery. Then I returned them with a tracking # & they still refuse to refund me. I had to call Amex to report fraud. Don't use this Fake company ever. Walmart, shame on you for allowing them to fraud your consumers.

I purchased one package of solar Tiki torches for 28.99 and received one torch. While contacting the company, who insisted that I purchased only one, they came out a 4 pack of the same torches for $24.99.
Yet they refused to work with me.

Never again

I will NEVER order from this company again. I ordered something on the 17 of OCt. Through Walmart they keep changing the delivery date. This is twice now the first order was thru Amazon also ordered on the 16th and still not in. I cancelled the order thru Amazon and then they decide to send out my order.

I ordered a dress online from Walmart, at least I thought it was Walmart. However, my order went straight to a company named JoyBuy Marketplace. I only found this out when I kept waiting on my order. At first when checking why I wasn't getting the order, that's when I found out about this Company. I went back and read reviews on this company. So many people have had the same issue esp regarding the fact that Walmart would tolerate such poor business practices. For days my order sat at a facility in Austell, GA. It now shows shipped, but tracking information gives me nothing. I did contact Walmart Customer Service via Chat. She was so very nice and most helpful. IF I ever get my order, I can take to Walmart for a refund, PLEASE, PLEASE read this. I would advise shopping in an actual Walmart. I will never order anything online from Walmart again. I hope you don't.

Not happy!

I ordered a birthday gift It was in the beginning of a month like January 5th,It is now January 30th. I ended up ordering a different birthday gift for my friend From someone else and got it on time. The packagr is still where the original came from stuck for some reason. I have tried to get ahold of them 4 different times. No response, nothing. I have to put in for a return for a package that I haven't even gotten yet. This isn't the first time that I've ordered from joybuy Where the product is late. And a lot of stuff I've gotten from them is really cheap looking. They should be embarrassed to even be a company. They want to be a better company maybe they should start with better customer service. And not cheep products. I can get the same exact products through TEMU CHEEPER AND STILL GET IT ON TIME!

I bought something online from Walmart and it was this company. I ordered a 4x6 area rug. It said it was delivered in my mailbox. How is this possible. I contacted the postal service and they sent me a pic of the package. It was a piece of paper in a shipping package saying I would receive it soon. Umm you couldn't of sent a email. Walmart has tried twice contacting this company and I never heard back from them. Hmmm. Were they trying to be sneaky and say they delivered a package. Don't do business with them. Upon ordering anything online I will check to see what company and do my research

I ordered a ceiling light. My order was delivered to the wrong address. Contacted the post office only to find out that the item delivered was. 09 oz and in a small envelope. My order was a light in a box 12 in x 12 in x8 in. So the item that I would gotten was not anything close to a ceiling light. No refund because the item was delivered. I would choose zero stars but that isn't an option.

Horrible Company

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS 3RD Party Company. If you see Joybuy. RUN.
I ordered a chair from Walmart and didn't realize it was a third party company. They emailed that my package was arriving early. The day of delivery FedEx showed out for delivery. Package was not delivered. Contact Joybuy. They responded with this generated email saying package is still within the time frame. Contact FedEx and Walmart.
Long story short, I have not received package and now package is showing delayed for over a week. This company will not refund me until at least 18 days of not receiving package. And then they say if it's been delivered look around for the package.
Just a scam. And I also blame Wakmart for continuing to use this company.

Don't waste your money
September 28, 2022

I purchased an item on February 19th 2022. It is now September 27th and I am still waiting on my item. Customer service is no help. I can't get a refund until I return the item that I don't have. When I track the item it states that it is in Indiana, I'm in Michigan I could have gone and picked it up myself if I knew after 7 months I'd still be waiting. Save your money and do NOT shop here.

FALSE ADVERTISING! BEWARE!

I purchased a suncatcher from joybuy. Photos showed sunshine gleaming through a pretty, lead-glass looking suncatcher.

I received a white, SOLID plastic item with a poorly xeroxed copy of a suncatcher glued to the plastic back!

I was astonished at the scam. Joybuy should be shut down.

Waste of money

VERY HORRIBLE

I want my refund, this is not my problem. This a problem on you guys end. I ordered this since December 8th and when I placed my order it said item will arrive on DECEMBER 21st! Just today it CHANGED and said December 28th! I needed this for CHRISTMAS. There is no use for this item if I can't make my baby wear this on Christmas Day. Christmas is on the 25th not the 28th, I will appreciate it if you just refund me back my money since this is a problem on your end. Why is it that it said "ARRIVES TODAY" and when I checked it again it said "ARRIVES DEC 28" this is so upsetting! I really needed this for my baby and now I don't have his Christmas outfit. This is my first child and his first Christmas. I just wanted him to enjoy his first everything.

I ordered from them from the Walmart website and strongly suggest Walmart remove them package is mia and customer service is a joke for 4 days couldn't tell me where my package was then I tell them I no longer need it I bought else where they tell me due to pandemic they can't refund me I just have to wait for the item I don't need and then once I get it they can give me a discount but it hasn't even shipped yet so why can't they just cancel it? Because the pandemic is the answer I got. Grrr
