I purchased 3 pairs of stockings from this website. One pair ripped the second time I wore them and another ripped within a month. I saw on their website that they could offer a store credit for a product that was sub standard. I got on their website and saw that they prefer email communication and they offer a template to send a message directly from the website. I have now written them 3 times and they have not responded. I have been trying to reach them for over a month now. Their live chat function didn't work and they don't answer the phone either so I am just out the money. And at $75 a pair, this is a very expensive lesson. Buyer beware.
I paid extra for signature delivery yet the package was just dropped and left. Someone got around $5 for a service that was not rendered. I was home. I did not here a knock on the door and no signature required. Get your $5 back from the delivery service, my order was received in a timely manor. I have not worn all the socks yet but at least 2 were improperly put together. It looks like some of the enforcement material to strengthen the heal area was more to the front of the sock. Able to wear but bunch up a little in the front. I will order in more from your company in future.
I have used Jobst ActiveWear since 2007 for lymphedema. The knee socks do the job without being uncomfortable.
My local medical supply store closed, none of the others had ActiveWear. I was glad to find it online. The ordering was easy and delivery very prompt.

My shoe size is 11-1/2. The foot length on Jobst Stockings has always been too short for me. This problem is ameliorated slightly by Jobst for Men Ambition in the Long size. Also, the foot length on the Ulcer Care Stocking Liners is too short in the Medium length, and no Long length is offered.
The low compression diabetic sock was just as Jobst describes them. The socks fit my size 14 feet nicely which is rare for most extra large socks. It's too soon to know if they're helping the circulation and swelling in my feet. I do seem have less frequent pain though.
Glad there are petite length. They do not cut in the wrong place. Even though they are advertised as sheer. They still look like Support... if you could go a little more sheet, I would buy 1 for each day
I've worn only Jobst stockings since 1994. They keep the swelling down in my calf where I had blood clots, I wear them daily when flying, road trips and they are easy to care for. First time ordering from this site, free shipping too! I ordered exactly what my dr. recommended and they were here within the week!
Have never received the wrong product, damaged product, or ridiculous prices. Compression stockings come packaged as if you went to the store and purchased them. Used to use another website but found that Jobst was where I should have been shopping all along.

The website was easy to use. I have worn these socks for many years as a nurse who is on her feet for 12 plus hours a day. The old ones were a little thicker. I haven't noticed any change in the quality or comfort or ease of care of this product.
I have worn JOBST open toe knee high stockings for so many years. I am so happy to order them on line. I could only find that style once in a while at a certain pharmacy in my area. I like the 15-20 mmHg. They are so comfortable, I can keep them on all day. I do like to wear an ankle sock with them if I need extra padding on my feet. You can easily wear the open toe in the summer with sandals and a maxi skirt or even a capri pant. The best thing about them is the support they give your legs. They truly energize! Such a small thing to do-wear support socks! A little effort needed to put on. Very little effort. Not at all like the heavy duty support stockings that you try to get on, and then give up! You can wash them in the washer with your other clothing, even dry them in the dryer! They will last for a year or more! I wear a pair almost everyday. Sounds silly, but life changing!
Website easily navigated and found/orderd without difficulty. They offer 'chat service' but it was not needed. There is a 'buy 3 get one free' deal which is a bit more complicated to complete. Hopefully that works out ok.
My doctor prescribed knee high compression hose for edema and said the HMO's brand of preference is Jobst. That proved good advice, for I since tried a cheaper knock off but Jobst is easier to put on and more comfortable. I can buy one pair at a time with free shipping with quick delivery.
I'm very pleased to announce my order made it to Canada. Even in this Pandemic, your true to your words. I wish I had found out about your site earlier. I ordered the Chaps, with open toe. It fit wonderful, not squeezing into my Foot stump, no pressure building on the top of my leg. Helping me with my Lymphedema, and making my life easier.

Usually buy this product at Goulds medical supply. Got them for 1/2 the price at job stockings. Will definitely use them again when the time comes. Delivery was free for my order. Shipped on time. Would highly recommend this website based company to anyone.
