A SCAM

This company is one big scam. Most of the job offers are not real and mostly unavailable by the time you send your resume. Also, they offer you a basic for $6.99 a month, but in reality you get charged for $64! Bunch of crooks, stay away!

Extremely poor service

Dear all,
Extremely poor service and customer support, please do not purchase their premium service,you will lose money and make sure auto renewal is cancelled.

Not at all recommended for job seekers, extremely disappointed.

Misleading, poor product
June 2, 2022

This site merely aggregates publicly available information, it does not offer any premium listings. Often times I would click on listing links that just led to a black hole in another random job listing site that I'd never heard of. It also lists a pay range next to each listing that is wildly inaccurate. I interviewed for one job only to find it paid $40,000 less that the JobLeads post stated.

Cancellation is a joke, you have to wade through their Terms of Services page to find the contact for cancellation, plus they require like 14 days notice or more depending on your subscription type. Don't waste your time or money, just go with LinkedIn premium and reliable job websites you've actually heard of.

They displaued job with highly paid jobs when you click on the job it ask you to sign up and pay some fee, which I did then actually offer is different what they show you in heading than automatic they deducted £59 from my account which I noticed in my bank than I tried contacting no number is provided, I emailed them no answer, I have deleted the pre approved payment but still lost my £59. Also cancelled on their website but not sure they will do anything about it. For now just cancelled the direct debit.

AVOID IT PLSSS!

I canceled my trial period on time and they continued charging me €69.99 for 4 months
I have complained on several occasions and their responses are as ridiculous (when they respond because they usually don't) like this one today: (*

Please tell us when and through what channel you sent us your cancellation (email, registered letter, fax, etc.) so that we can verify your request. We also need a copy of your cancellation and a shipping document (the registered letter number, a fax report, a copy of your email with a screenshot of the outgoing message, etc.

Buyer beware of automatic renewal provisions. I did not receive any notification before the renewal. My mistake to assume that they would look out for me and notify me before charging my card. Don't take my word for it, try to find the rules and procedure to cancel an automatic renewal, it is not easy to discover. By the time I got to request a termination my card was already charged. After I filed a complaint my request was declined and was referred to the legal mumbo jumbo. They may have an iron clad contract, but this is one customer they're never getting back. Good luck to job hunters who get snagged into losing good money to a crafty crew like jobleads.

They are scammers
July 13, 2023

Hi I took a trial from this website and paid 2.9 GBP however I asked them to cancel after 1 week. They cancelled my subscription but tried charging me 59 GBP. I was lucky that I used my disposable revolut card. After this they have been constantly threatening me to pay them 59 GBP + 10 GBP(charges)
Now they have sent me third warning and they asked me to pay otherwise they give my profile details to collection agency.

This is when I already told them to cancel my subscription. Guys they are a team of scammers, please don't fall in their trap.

Don't give them any card information

Jobleads.com is a den of thieves. They lower your membership to basic which is free then they want to charge your card. Do not waste your time or money on this site.

Sketchy
October 11, 2023

Very sketchy. I cancelled a trial subscription on the last day of the trial but apparently too late in the day. They refuse to refund the automatic debit for another month of their so-so service. Even after they deducted the funds, they sent me a "pay up now" notice. Not classy and totally unprofessional.

Big time scammers

I'm not a person who provides reviews offen, but these people are really sick. Using people situation to gain money is pathetic. Worthless don't subscribe for their 2£ subscription because they are not worth for 59£ per month.
