Everything was simple. The order form is very organized and simple to follow. Not sure if the ring sizer will be accurate or not but I will return for resizing if I need to. It showed the current ring I wear as much larger in size than it is or at least that I remember it being.

The site is very easy to navigate to find what you're looking for, great prices on some great looking jewelry, and I saved so much money compared to other jewelers that would charge me even more for customizations.
I found a claddah ring that I really liked and purchased it as a gift to my boyfriend this Christmas. The ring is very well detailed but it came with one humongous flaw, it turned his finger army green. I am extremely disappointed with this ring and expected more out of a ring that cost $100. I understand that a great quality ring will be a little more pricey than that. However, if I wanted a ring to turn his finger green I would have bought one off of a twenty five cent machine.
I am EXTREMELY disappointed in the way my mother is being treated and the product quality. I spent exactly $596.30 after taxes on my mom's mothers ring on January 19,2016. A little over a month ago, my mom noticed a stone had fallen out (my mom also has her grandma's mothers ring... never has a stone just fallen out like this in 60+ yrs). So my mom contacted customer care to send it in to get the stone replaced as it had only been around 10 months into the 1 year warranty. She was then questioned about how she has treated the ring (the ring is meant to be a family heirloom so safe to say my mom treated that ring extremely well), and asked to send pictures of the ring where the stone fell out plus different shots of the ring to make sure no damage was done to the ring to make the stone fall out (so basically saying my mom caused the stone to fall out... HOW would that even happen?!) My mom complied, she sent the pictures over a week ago and still has not received a reply from Jewlr. Then I find out today, they had told her SHE has to pay for the shipping?! So there is a defect in her ring NOT caused by her, that is covered under manufacturer warranty (as it is a MANUFACTURER DEFECT) yet she has to pay out of her own pocket if she wants to have her ring fixed, keeping in mind the defect was not customer error? And why has no one been in contact with her in over a week? I spent almost $600 so my mom could finally get her mother's ring she has been wishing for, for a very long time... this is how you treat your customers when YOUR product is faulty? I will be telling my friends and family about this experience - very, very disappointed.

Answer: Hi Eri We have both genuine and simulated stones. All genuine stones are unique and come in various colors. Some are lighter than others and, depending on the stone, some will have more inclusions. They are also very difficult to photograph and accurately depict on a website Simulated stones are created in labs so they wont have the same variations of a genuine stone.
