Loved the ease of the order and how to customize! The process was easy and the options for the various jewelry was outstanding. I saw the website through Facebook, and decided to order a ring for my future wife. I just know she will love what I picked for her. I also thought the free gift (necklace) was a nice touch as well. Thanks for being a great site for some awesome jewelry!

My first purchase was a beautiful emerald promise ring. I was really pleased.
The next ring I purchased had substantial flaws upon receipt.
Customer Service seems to be genuinely determined to satisfy customer needs and concerns, and they are very responsive. The warranty is good.
Still in the process of having the second and third ring repaired.
(A third ring I ordered came out beautifully, but a small nick/crack made it past the quality inspection.)
Jewlr.com has promised to correct both rings.
I don't know if I have the opportunity to come back and modify my reviews. I hope I can. I'd love to come back and give a 5 star review.
I hope the company will tighten up its quality inspections so that the customer doesn't have to fool around with a return process, which is always inconvenient.
I'm entering this review for a new order I just placed. If it is finished nicely, it will be a winning gift for my new bride. I'm hoping for the best.

My ordering experience was too easy... the express shipping is reasonable too. This ring is special because I am returning from Afghanistan and wanted something special for my girlfriend. This will start a whole new meaning to our lives together.

Bought my husband a ring off here. Presentation was amazing. Got a custom box wrapped and everything. Was amazing quality all around. AMD then opened, and the ring was better than expected. We have orders rings for him on other websites and returned them because they were nothing like the picture. But jewlr exceeded Mt expectation. Now I'm getting my ring from here! Wish I could have used a coupon with the sale price... Got the piece of jewelry on a sale price but wish I could have used a coupon on top of the sale price discount.
I have ordered 4 rings from them now. I loved them because they are one if the only places who sell my size (4), my fiance and I order our wedding bands from them and after getting them in miine did not fit. We told them I had ordered a size 4 from them before and it fits perfectly but this one is too small. Their response was to get my finger resized by a jeweler, well I had the ring sized and it is actually a 3.5. I am going to look around to see if someone will resize it for me because paying them $20 to get it resized because they messed up is just ridiculous. I won't be ordering from them again also the necklace my fiance got me was the 10k trio of gold heart pendant but the only gold listed on the authenticity is the white gold so I guess the other two aren't really 10k gold, honestly wouldnt be surprised if they weren't.
First time of ordering this type of product online. I am hoping the product I receive lives up to the ordering process!
