Absolutely my right hand. Had it custom made! I have two rings from Julia Jewelry. Photo does no justice to the ring. All white Sapphires. So far my experience has been positive. If it take a while for your jewelry to come, give it the 3-5 weeks because sometimes customs can get behind.

Sparkling beauty!

Service and product exceeded expectations. Good value. Only disappointment was the engraving... nearly impossible to discern with naked eye and appears to be some sort of etching rather than "engraved". Would recommend omitting. Not worth the extra $20.

Rings are inaccurately sized and quality is sub-standard. The online picture portrayed much larger diamonds than the actual rings. They were barely visible when seen in person. The size was completely off. UPDATE:. Merchant did refund my money. Very professional and ethical

Everything was wonderful until I received my purchase. It had a stone missing. After contacting customer service, they have been very positive and are going to repair and send back.

We shall see what happens. I do think that they should cover the shipping since it was not my error.

They say product is Silver...how can it be. Both my daughter and I had severe "burn" marks on out fingers after wearing one of the rings. Contacted them and they told us " make sure hands are dry and don't wear it all the time" since we did this and it didn't work they said we were past the return date but offered an exchange. Why would I exchange when it will have the same results. They refused to work with me and for 2 weeks kept repeating the same email answers. While they were very nice in their replies they refused to refund my money for a product they obviously do not stand behind.

I have written to company 4 times for an address to ship my rings to to exchange for smaller rings and still haven't received a reply.Its now past the 30 days and am worried they will scam me and tell me I'm past the time for returns not happy at all with service

Watch's internal battery. The watch did not start telling time. The new watch was inert, dead. The false advert and lying customer service said that 'each watch is tested before it's sold'. My watch was not factory-tested by anyone because it was defective and shipped knowingly. So I
Emailed customer service who told me to take it to a local watch fixer which does not honor the original company's one - year guarantee. I wanted to return my paid-for $400.00 watch for a refund, but the company would not pay for return shipping or refund shipping. I have paid in full for a $400.00 scam defective watch. It's my fault because I trusted the company's false Internet advertising and its assocation with Trustpilot who also are questionablely untrusworthly.
After a week of continued dissatisfaction, and emailing, I took my watch to a Watch repair person. He replaced a defective battery and charged me $24.00 to immediately change my watch battery. So now the watch tells me hourly time. It's bad Internet business practice to scam customers and lie to trusting people about the watch function. There was no pre-shipping review of the single uncomplicated battery, because the battery was defective when I paid for it and it was shopped knowling defective to the USA, I am disappointed and dissatisfied with Jeulia,Hong Kong-China watch product, its quality -control prior to shipping and especially after accepting my full $400.00 payment; plus the disregard for their USA customer and expecting a local watch vendor to fix their new watch product known error.This Hong Kong based company sold their watch falsely in bad faith and accepted my payment in full without their fair, appropriate and couteous truthful advertising and followup customer service. The company is a scam and I cannot recommend this scam watch vendor to any other unsuspecting truthful U.S.A. customer. Sincerely Jan Stein

I bought a ring and a necklace for a total of $150. When the package arrived (weeks later from China), the ring looks/feels cheap. So fake looking, you won't want to wear it.
The necklace looks pretty, but the row of stones are facing the floor when tried on. Obviously, it's a design malfunction. After about 10 emails back and forth with customer service since the day I got the package, they told me that they need to charge me 35% restocking fee for the ring (even though unworn), and will give me only store credit for the balance. Yes, $35 out of the $100! They want me to spend more money on their product and hope that it turn out okay.
As for the necklace, they will refund me only $17 for the $49 I paid.
Don't believe the high ratings, this company is not one you should spend your money on. I see better things at Nordstrom Rack for less than $20. You also get to take it home the same day.

Their products look good, but costumer service is not good at all. For a ring I purchased from them I offered to pay for fixing it (as they are familiar with their own product better than anyone else), but they totally refused as the guaranty time was passed. I didn't ask for free I offered to pay, still I was refused.

Amazing jewellery

My partner surprised me with a ring from Jeulia and I absolutely love it! Gorgeous colours, fits perfectly and they do so many lovely jewellery on their website. Only fault was it took 3/4 weeks for delivery but overall, so made up it's finally here.

Song and dance routine

Ordered a ring, tracking shows that the label was created on 11/19.
Sent an email on 11/23 as there has been no change in the tracking status. Received a reply the same day "And your package is surely shipped out. Although the result we checked is the same as you, please understand that sometimes, the logistics update is a little slow caused by some uncontrollable factors. So could you please kindly wait a few days and recheck it again?"
Today is 11/30, tracking info still shows as label created.
Save your money. Save your time. Save yourself a headache. Dealing with this company is not worth it.

Order number provided on 12/5/2021. Wonder how long it will be before I receive another email full of dishonest information.

12/6, Tracking info still unchanged since 11/19. Still just showing the label was created.

My husband bought me this ring for our five year anniversary. He knew I wanted a new wedding ring and this ring is beyond anything I could have imagined. It's so beautiful, the pictures dont do it enough justice. It's so sparkly, elegant, and classy. I love the vintage look of it. And shipping was amazingly fast. Only took 3 days. It was my first time purchasing a ring from here and i was unsure if I would like it or not. When my order arrived, i was extremely excited and satisfied with my order that i ended up ordering a matching band to go with. The staff at Jeulia have been soo professional about everything from returns and exchanges as well as accepting when they were wrong and rectifying the issue immediately! No customer service, when you call *******158 it hangs up saying the mail box is full. Submitted a ticket and it was a joke of a response. Not helpful at all. Nice jewelry but if anything goes wrong you've lost your money. And no one is willing to help. Regret spending my money with them.

Don't Buy From Jeulia

I bought 3 pieces of jewelry from this company. After about 3 weeks I finally got a tracking number. When the order was delivered I opened it to look over everything and to my surprise I only received one piece of jewelry, the least expensive at that and the 'free gift' with purchase. I immediately contact them. Now it has been endless emails back and for being asked the same questions over - just worded differently. Instead of trying to make things 'right' for their customer they are placing blame. At this point they are blaming the shipper DHL.

Cheap jewelry

At first, I'll admit the rose gold ring with the chocolate Jeulia stone was stunning, absolutely beautiful! Could pass for the real thing. However, after my wife wore the ring for less than a week the rose gold plating has already started rubbing off revealing the silver base. She works in an office, so there's no reason why the plating should have come off like this. I was extremely pleased when I got the ring, but now hugely disappointed that the jewelry is junk.

Excellent product that I really enjoyed. Looks and feels like a real diamond and have received tons of compliments. The quality is amazing, it's durable and doesn't lose shine (doesn't leave fingers green as it's silver).

Service was excellent throughout the process. Delivery was in the stated time and easy to track with updates. (Gift) packaging was beautiful and secure.

Will definitely be ordering from Jeulia again!
