I got these for me and my boyfriend as promise rings for our two year anniversary. These are GREAT quality. We both wear ours 24/7 unless we have a reason to take it off. Even running in the rain has not worn down my ring. Our rings remain shiny and beautiful through everything.
She love it, everyone notice right away from the shine, ring is not too big or small. Is a decent size and wont bother with any activities.
After three month still looks like new and all the stone still attached.
OMG... get this ring! You won't be disappointed at all. Shines very brightly and looks REAL! I sometimes wear it over my own wedding ring so I don't have to worry about scuffing up the real one. This works perfectly!
I had my ring for 2 days and the stone fell out. I contacted customer service both online and via phone. I couldn't get anyone to answer the phone, after doing an online repair order I didn't get any confirmation that it went through. I'm highly unsatisfied and I recommend you don't buy from this place. I feel like they just took my money and sent me a fake piece of crap.

Return service is absolutely ridiculous and I will not shop or recommend this company to any one. Watch out pain in the $#*! to get your money back had to finally call credit card and they credit was given instantly

I am having the same problem as many others have stated. Ordered on 12/9/16 for my future son-in-law so he could surprise my daughter on her birthday in Feb. I hope and pray it is here in time. Can't track it through USPS and sent an email. If it doesn't arrive in time, will be requesting a full refund and telling everyone I know not to order from here
I recently lost my wedding rings. I've been married for 43 years and did not want to make that kind of investment to replace them! When I saw your add on FB I studied it for quite awhile before ordering. The wedding band is lovely. I would recommend this company to anyone! It looks very expensive.
I understand this isn't a high quality high reputable company like Kay Jewlers or Jared. But I expected the jewelry to at least stay together. 5 stones have fallen out of the ring with normal wearing use. Sure... they say they will fix it. And offer a year warranty. But who's to say After a few months after repairs or a year is up and stones fall out again... then what? I'm screwed with a piece of junk that I spent $300 on. We are NOT HAPPY and would suggest you no go with this company for your jewelry.

The quality of the rings are so much better in person. They sparkle like true diamonds, the cut and finish are flawless. The band will NOT turn your finger green, I wear mine every day. I just go ahead and tell everyone its a real diamond, and no one thinks differently. Amazing brand, amazing customer service.
My sons purchased a ring from Jeulia for Mother's Day last year in 2021. It was beautiful. Within 1 month where MOM was in rose gold had faded away. I contacted them and we went through the motions of me mailing it back and them replacing it. Within a month the replacement ring did the same thing. I am thinking the materials where the rose gold should be on the ring are either defective or not the correct materials to use. I am wondering if anyone else has had this problem. I do not want to send it back and get a replacement if it is going to happen again. Beware on if you buy the MOM ring. I will attach pictures. Thank you for your time!

I ordered the Jeulia Princess Cut Created Emerald Women's Skull Ring. First one I received had very poor quality side stones. Very foggy and milky. Sent back and received replacement and pretty much same thing. Nothing like the picture or video on the website. Stones should all be crystal clear. Going to take my $145 loss and lesson learned.

I purchased my ring 4 years ago, and I have put it threw some hard times I have worked on cars, had a job changing oil to working in a warehouse, it has banged on every type of metal from stainless to iron, been caught on shelves, thrown across the room, and still no stones have fallen out it hasn't bent, needs to be cleaned to be shinny again but other than that it's still amazing.
I have ordered multiple items from Jeulia and everytime, they are beautiful pieces. The only thing that I would like to be different, is quicker shipping. We have all been spoiled by Prime 2-day shipping. A 14 day order-to-home ship time is just a small price to pay for the beauty you get. They always have great deals though!
It's a cheap product for what you pay I had to return it after a month because their "jewels" fell out and the paint was coming off. Their customer service is horrible they ended up losing the ring I mailed in and never replacing it... don't shop with these ppl it's rideculous!

I thought at first it was too good to be true. I kept reading reviews and the price was exceptional for what you're purchasing. I replaced my engagement ring with a Jeulia ring & have been overflowing with compliments. I've referred everyone that has asked. The only down fall is now I want more... The jewelry looks like something you would buy you children. I get better quality from Walmart for half the price. The sizes were wrong and they wanted to charge me in total $85 to just correct the size. Do not buy from these crooks. The 800# goes no where - it is fake. You can only deal with them in email and they drag it out so that you miss the 30 day return window. This means you are stuck with the junk because they won't take it back.

Their customer service should you choose to call them is unreal either their is no answer or you get someone with English skills like an infant. You can email them as well expect English translated the same way and single word or short one line answers that don't answer your question. When I emailed I got simple answers like" we real sorry you understand" we no able to refund you understand, thank you etc. you wasted your money sorry to say I went thru PayPal to get my 10 bucks.
Answer: Their photography is really good. The product looks awesome in pictures on their site. Way better than what you actually end up receiving. Of course we should know better than to expect high quality for such low prices so again, the old adage remains true. You get what you pay for.
Answer: The California address and contact information appears to be a "front" to make them sound like a legitimate company, but those who have gotten shipping confirmation show they are in fact shipping from China. My husband had money taken out of his account as soon as he purchased something, and thought it was being shipped from California to New Mexico but when he tries to check the status he gets a message that the "order could not be found". Answer: I've had mine for about a month. It was rose gold. Almost all of the coloring has worn off and the metal is so soft, it's really banged up and has tons of scratches all over it. When you get the package, they have value listed as $20.00. It's so beyond junk.

Answer: Im not sure what you are looking for, but there is no gold in their rings, and the stones are inexpensive man-made materials (which, despite their gorgeous photos, have very little sparkle). You can get better quality costume jewelry at almost any regular store for a better price! Besides, if you try to return something, you will NEVER get a refund and will never even get anyone to answer their phone.
Answer: The rhodium plating on your ring should definitely last longer than a year. Although having said that, if the base colour of the silver has a really black colour to it, then you might start to see the silver colour coming through at the base of the ring, before the end of the first year. Normally you should expect the plating to last 2-3 years.
Answer: It took a bit to get mine after my husband kept emailing them till they finally replied. Ordered the skull engagement ring and I must say it was worth the wait it is beautiful. Only down side is it's supposed to be rhodium plated which is supposed to help it with not getting scratches but I bump the bottom of it and it's starting to come off already which is definitely a disappointment.
