Placed order 4/21. Charge went thru 4/22. Received 1 item 4/27. Still waiting on 5/13 for rest... 4 items. I don't like anybody using my money for their purposes. Charges should be made when product is shipped.
Choxi (formerly NoMoreRack) has awesome customer service. I had a problem, once, with my local post office, and they handled it for me. That goes above and beyond.
The products are well priced. Sometimes not quite what I expected, but always as stated on their site.
I made my purchase on 05/31/2016. It is now 50 days later and I have only received 3 of my 11 items! I am not sure why it would take this long! I use to love ordering from No More Rack, their former name, however it seems that there are always massive delays in shipments with Choxi. I do not see myself using the website again.
The three mystery dresses are good choices. I was surprised that they fit into my fashion trend. Every item from Jclub has been of high quality. I really love my sheets, duvet set, and the items for foot care.
No, I will never use them again. The delivery of my 3 items took forever. After 20 day I am still waiting on a item. There are too many other better sites to use than them like Amazon, RetailMenot.
I do not recommend Choxi.
Customer service jumped all over my 2 * review and did everything possible to make right each one of my complaints. "Liz" was very persistent in emailing and calling me until we finally got together over the phone. She explained how jClub works with its product providers and distribution team to provide the best quality products at lowest possible prices and that when an item is inferior, damaged, or not as advertised, jClub customer service will quickly correct the problem. I am fully satisfied with jClub's response to my comments and complaints. I will definite buy from jClub again!
There really should be an investigation into the quoted "list price" of offerings. I suspect that the retail price is inflated to make the jClub price appear to be "70% off" or "90%off". I ordered a number of small items and some clothing and none of what I ordered would have been able to command the "list price" shown. Many retail stores were recently cited for that kind of false advertising by the Federal Trade Commission (I think). Buyers should be careful. If it has an incredible "jClub price", it probably is, and the quality will confirm that.
While I love their merchandise, their customer service needs help! I needed to know how to return a pair of mens shoes. I bought two pairs knowing one of them would fit my husband, but when buying online, you don't know until you get them. Naturally, the first pair he tried on did fit him. The others had to go back. BEFORE my problem was solved, Choxi sent emails stating: "Your request (#*******) has been solved. To reopen this request, reply to this email or click the link below:
https://choxi.zendesk.com/hc/requests/*******." My request was NOT solved. They need to better understand what it feels like to have someone claim your problem is solved when it was definitely not solved at that time. Thank you.
Man, I am so disappointed in this company. When it was "NoMoreRack" is was awesome. Quick deliveries & great customer service. Now that it's Choxi, good luck talking to customer service & even understanding who you're talking to. That's beside the point tho, I placed several orders recently. I had to wait close to 2 months for everything. I got wrong sizes, wrong colors, different material than what was stated on the item on 4 pairs of pants, and the worst customer service ever. The options given to me were NONE that were acceptable. I will never order from them again!
Accidentally ordered two sets of towels. Very disappointed when both were sent in the wrong color. Since I really needed them, I "sucked it up", keeping one set and changing my decor, but then had the hassle of returning the second box to the PO. Hopefully will not be charged for shipping on this return.
Have purchased quite a items and am mostly satisfied. Only one purchase left me totally disappointed! Worst quality I've ever experienced! Everything else was cool.
Do find that the prices are really good most of time, but the stated original cost can be ridiculous! Only other complaint is that email is so long! It keeps repeating the same items and it's hard to get information on an item without going through many again! Really do appreciate the three hour ship free window!
Doesn't it seem like nothing's easy any more. Shopping at Choxi had been a dream. I had ordered several items for Christmas and only one little bump in the road that was resolved quickly. Great deals, good service.
Choxi has wonderful deals, but the fulfillment process can be sort of draining. Sometimes your stuff will come quick, other times it'll take forever to come, and just pray that you don't end up in boat like mine where the item doesn't come at all. I keep giving them a shot though. I may be asking for it, but so far they haven't been a TOTAL blow.
Wireless mouse worked for only 24 hrs. And then stopped functioning, resorted to a wired version purchased elsewhere, and yes I tried new batteries
Supplier took 2 weeks+ to decide whether Bell & Howell pest control devices were being shipped or available. Choxi Zen desk intervened to fulfill order?
Eye makeup that arrived completely broken up and not returnable was given a 50% refund. It should have been completely refunded in my opinion, I am a valued customers who consistently purchases from Choxi and has few bad products.
I started shopping at Choxi just last year (when it was nomorerack), and I've been hooked on great deals since. Love the range of products, discounts, and low shipping. Never had any problem with my order. I find something I like every time I visit the site, which is quite often.

I do a lot of shopping with Nomorerack now known as Choxi, and they have always given me excellent merchandise at great prices plus the customer service is top notch. They aim to please that's for sure. Way to go Choxi, keep up the good work!
Only when opening and reading small print does it say, Does not perform well in metal building, over 45 miles from a tower, heavy wooded area, close to power lines. Lol. Every one of those explains to the tee what I'm dealing with. So I'm eating a piece of plastic w wire.

Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
