I ordered from this company and had previously ordered from them when they were nomorerack.com with no problem. I recently ordered from choxi and over a month later I'm still waiting! They are the worst! I've called customer service numerous times, to no avail. The customer service is horrendous and promises made of contacting vendor and then will get back to customer. That never happens! How does a business last treating their customers this way? They have no problem taking your money but you get nothing in return. I've learned my lesson so save yourself the frustration, time and money and don't order from them! If I could grade them lower than a "1" I would!
I really liked ordering from here when it was No More Rack. I feel like they were a little better at what they do then. I have ordered numerous times from this site and usually have to wait an above average time for the items to arrive, but it seems to be getting longer every time. I placed an order on 6/29 and still have not received it. It is now 8/23, almost 2 months. I emailed to ask them what the status was and they emailed me back (2 days later) with a generic email about cancelling if I wanted to. Well, I want my stuff, not to cancel it. Good products and great deals, but they need to work on their customer service and shipping.
I find great bargains each time I go to the Choxi website. Yes, there are definitely a few things (earrings & a handbag) that said retails for $129.00, and I paid around $10 or $15 for that were worth Choxi's price, but I would never had paid $129.00 for the items. Everything is delivered in a timely manner. I have been ordering from this company for over three years, and there was only ONE time that they made an error in my order. They sent the wrong color of a watch & went out of their way to make it right. I find that the prices & quality are actually quite good.
Overall, Choxi is a great way to buy. The prices are usually below other competitors. If you see something you like on the site, it is unlikely you'll find it at that same low price. The shipping times vary, but most items are distributed within a week. I would highly recommend buying from them.
I have a credit rating of 735 yet this company decided, with no explanations, to shut down my account and till today, even after several emails from me, my account has not been activated. Needless to say I am shopping elsewhere and will never ever go back to that site.
First I wrote about 6 long paragraphs with my crazy good experiences with Choxi. But my teenager said no one will read something that long. Here goes: The customer service is outstanding & easy to get a hold of. I got a refund the same day. The products are as good as they appear and are as described -- sometimes better. Every item I've ordered is of excellent quality -- bed sheets, a record player, jewelry, purses, wallets, watches, etc. I'm not wealthy. But I love quality and I love a bargain. The amazing service, and people behind it are the best. Consistently. I've ordered 5-6 times over the last 15 months.
One order placed on 19 March has gone way past the 12 -14 days for delivery. Twice I have asked about it and they keep saying its the supplier. If I do or not get the order soon, I am deleting my account with Choxi and will never buy from them again. I have been a big customer of them until now. So, I don't order anymore since I don't want to go through the waiting game and excuses.
I used company under previous two names, and I was a bit reticent to try JClub after not getting merchandise from last order with Choxi. But, my curiosity got the best of me, and I did it. Love the free shipping, first of all. Items shipped separately and with different speeds, but I did get everything. Quality is what is expected and varies, dependent upon item/company. I love that they sell refurbished items at significantly discounted prices. So, so far, so good! I'm excited to continue the relationship.
I received my order only to find out it was defective. I considered doing nothing about it and eating the cost because I dread online returns. It always seems to be such an ordeal to resolve problems with online orders - sometimes taking nearly a week of emails back and forth. Since Ive never dealt with JClub before I figured I would go ahead and contact them. To my delight, not only was my email answered quickly, I received quick resolution and they are shipping me a replacement in less than 48 hours. I will definitely continue ordering through JClub and recommend them to my friends and family.
The customer service is nice enough but I have had several items that took over 3 weeks just to be ready to ship. Some items didn't even arrive with all of the appropriate accessories. So even though the customer service team helped me resolve these issues, there were simply too many too often to continue using this site. Also, I can find similar or exactly the same items cheaper elsewhere.
I wish I had. Almost a month and no item or any status updates. 24 hours to answer my inquiry, which basically said "we don't know, but you can cancel."
In this day and age, hard to believe an online retailer can be this poor.
Everything has always been great! I noticed a credit on my visa this week so i'm guessing the sheets i ordered in Feb are not coming. That's ok. I had a chance to deal with customer service and they were very pleasant explaining some things to me. I wish you could re-carry some of the great offers you've had. The handbags are so beautiful and well priced, i just wish you'd carry some half the size.:-) But overall I love your website and visit almost every day. Thank you k.
The customer service reps are nice, but the companies policies are greatly lacking as far as serving the customer. Issuing a store credit for returned merchandise should be handled like cash, with no restrictions placed upon the credit. After going through these issues multiple times, I decided to stop buying from Choxi because the policy isn't right.
If you are like me and have already started Christmas Shopping, no need to shop any where else. jClub.com has the best prices on the Internet. More importantly they have a great customer service team, that will even help you find gifts for your loved ones. I had the pleasure of speaking to a customer service representative by the name of Stephanie who was so polite and helpful, I just wished every company I dealt with had someone like her to help customers.
Everything I have purchased from Choxi has been priced right and just as advertised. Coffee K cups have worked out to be less then 0.25 per cup, bluetooth headphones by LG have been really good.
Costume jewelry has been a little cheap but you get what you pay for!
Placed two orders for Christmas gifts for my sons. 3 1/2 weeks later, nothing!
I have called Customer Service, only to get the run around. They told me I needed to email my issue. Did that, and received standard response form letter. Responded to that, same form response. Send another email regarding the lack of delivery, same exact form letter as a response as the previous two.
These guys suck!

After several inquiries on shipment, Choxi finally cancelled my oder. They tried to shove a site credit at me, and once again, had to ask for a refund. This site is no longer one I care to do business with.
Ordered camo underwear for my husband. Took almost 2 weeks to arrive, but was very pleased with the order. Hanes underwear were great quality, just what my husband likes. Terrific price, free shipping as well. Will order from Choxi again.
Choxi opened a awesome way to shop when they announced their new name! My sewing machine arrived just days after I placed the order and the cost was lower than any other companies - even Wal Mart! I'm excited and 'window shop' on their site a lot. Thanks you Choxi
I've used Choxi way before they became Choxi (nomorerack). It's a great site to score some awesome deals on high ticket items. You can usually always find something that you can't get in stores and it's just fun to browse!

Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
