Shipment of my last Umai box was a bit long but given the circumstances of today's world this is to be expected and is no one's fault. I really don't blame Japan Crate for the delay and honestly I'm just being patient. I've been ordering items from China and Singapore through the AliE and shipping is much worst. We all just need to be patient and relax in every bits.
As for my subscription, I subscribed for 3 months Umai crate and all well received. Products well packed and all there. Tried and tested most of the noodles and all taste testing is going well. More than likely I will order again in the future as well.
For customer service, it was good in communication. They answer every query and replied to you in an instant. All went well, as what I've said, we just need to be patient. Worldwide shipping is really a pain not unless you paid for a high price shipping then you'll get your items on time. With no further ado, the overall experience with Japan Crate is fair. Great products from the start. Recommended.

My April Inku crate is the ultimate crate for all things Kawaii. The variety of cute products are unbelievable. It exceeded my expectations. Love this stationery set.
There were so many delicious snacks in the crate it was hard to pick which one to start with lol. But guess what? I finished the whole box in one sitting!
I so love the Umai box. I orderd for 3 months subscription since April 2021 and already completed the order. The selection of noodles and other stuff in the box are so mesmerizing. Given that the noodles are so yummy and tasty. The extra items like flavoring pastes and powder to name a few are such a delight and a perfect match for the noodles in a hot soup. It boost and give extra flavor on the soup. The booklet gives all the necessary information on how to cook the noodles and its basic. The recipe card was a special treat. Im so happy with my subscription. Let me finish all my noodles then most probably will subscribe again in the near future. Thank you Japan crate. No hassles with the shipment and receive all my crates with no issues. Great company indeed. Arigato Gozaimasu!
I have only had good experiences with Japan Crate! Not only is the candy ultra delicious, but alot of the candies you wouldn't ordinarily be able to obtain at your local stores
The Umai Crate was phenomenal. I got some unusual noodles and ramens. The pack also came with a recipe card which I intend to cook in the next few days.

I ordered last Premium snack box from them last May and Im just hoping that it will arrive soon. But I'm not surprise as due to the shipping delays, my crate didn't arrive after 4 weeks as per say. I followed up with their customer support and someone from the team named Buta replied and explain the situation. So what they did, they sent another crate just to be sure I will get my crate.
Now to make the story short, I did received the replacement crate after 3 weeks after I send a complaint and on top of that replacement crate, I also received the first crate that got delayed in shipping. Isnt that amazing? So to sum it up, I got two Japan Crate with full of goodies and snacks that you cannot find here in Iceland. I can't thank them enough with the support that I got from there team and to the Japan crate that I received. Super amazing deal and so happy. Bless them with there generosity. "
My boyfriend recently purchased a box from the DokiDoki line for me as a present. I was incredibly excited when he gave it to me and even when we both opened it together. However, I discovered one of the larger parts of the box contained a fake item!
I am a casual figure collector, especially those of the Goodsmile line. The figure that was enclosed in the box was a Card Captor Sakura Nendoroid petit, and it was utterly, easily a knock-off of the real thing.
No where in their clauses does it say that they include authentic items as a default, but when you spend THIRTY dollars plus for a singular box, one would expect that, right?
Apparently not.
I am disappointed and will never order from them again. I have contacted them as it is, and am currently waiting on a response. Let's see if their peoples are authentic.
(I have also included pictures of said item. My pictures have warm lighting and were taken by mobile, so it's somewhat difficult to view the abnormalities.)
Edit: I received contact and it was awful. Whoever had contacted me used emojis in their response and it ostensibly amounted to: "Sorry about that, keep buying our product!" Glad I only received one box.
This is the best choice for a gift most espacially to Japan lovers and those who missed travelling to Japan. Wherever you are in the world, unboxing gives you a nostalgic feeling.
These are soooo good! Having a doubt if the noodles will be like the same from the supermarket but was surprised that its totally different. Ramen are the best! Will recommend.

Love all the candy in the crate, especially the Kit Kats. And now you have that crate with all the flavors of kit kat that ever had! I just died! :) Couldn't wait for it!
