I order my crate 11.11.2021 so I can get it for my girlfriend as Christmas present and as you guessed, I write this because is passed more than 50 days. I contacted them because I did not get my order and requested my money back and yes, they don't refund anything. Stay away from them.

My boyfriend gifted me with a 3 month subscription for my birthday. I'm so in believably happy with my Doki Doki Crates that I received. The items are all adorable. My November crate arrived late but else came quickly after for the last 2 months. I love snuggling up to the plushies, using the kitchenware for cute meals, and just having unique items no one else I know has. I feel like a kid playing with the toys. I plan on getting my own subscription instead of a gifted one soon! Really thankful with Japan Crate. Its so kawaii.

Fantastic, a great variety of different unique noodles and extra stuff inside the Umai box. My family just adorbs the ramen box with full of different type of noodles with some bonus items which are native to Japan.

The company is very responsive and has excellent communication. You will not be disappointed in the quality, quantity or uniqueness in each item in the box. Great way to start off the weekend chill night. Highly recommended. Will definitely subscribe back.

I just got my box and whewww! It took some time but its worth the wait. Thank you so much :). And now i regret I didn't order 2 box. I really wish I ordered 2 box as my little brother almost finish all gummies. What left for me was the chips and chocos. Will definitely order back soon when shipping goes back to normal. Overall experience was 5 star.

Japan Crate is my trusted place to go whenever I need special treats for my kids for their monthly needs and presents for friends. The box is always neatly packed and delivered speedily. During the year, I shop to their website for goodies I can't find anywhere else and need for my kid's pantry.

Japan Crate is worth it! It's a different experience every month! You get to try many types of snacks and flavors from Japan. I look forward to my crate every time because I get to try different flavor kit kats. Some of the snacks are really good and some…are different, but I love to try everything regardless. The ingredients and cooking procedures are written in Japanese, but the recipe card summarizes everything in English. Good that the company include the cooking instruction card. Umai crate is the best! Definitely will order again.

Ordered the March Premium crate end of February and everything went super smoothly. The crate came after with 2 weeks and the variety of snacks from the crate are so lovely. With the flavors and textures I've not tasted before. Japan crate is truly amazing.

Ohh I love my Doki box. I've been longing to have one of the Doki box. I just tried to subscribe for 1 crate and to my surprise. The items are so cute in my August box. Japan crate delivered it well. The customer service is amazing. They replied to all my questions swiftly. Glad that I tried them. Wanted to try the Premium box real soon. Japan crate subscription that you can trust. Definitely, will be recommending Japan crate to my family and all my friends. Anyone who like Japan. Go and check them out!

Excited to see what's in my first box when i opened it! OMG! I love the cute plushies in my Doki crate! Very affordable and fun idea. Great stuff! This is my go to place for everything cute from Japan. Great collectibles and im loving it very much. Thank you Japan Crate.

Don't even bother to buy from this company. They are scammers. Was trying to log into my account to unsubscribe before it auto renewed. Which didn't happen. And got charged. They told me no on a refund. Their customer support is crap, rude and unresponsive. I had to spam over like 500-600 emails. Along with spaming their Facebook page and their japan crate website. (Till I got a refund. Don't let them cheat you outta your money.) Be warn and unsubscribe before they trap you and play their little games. Its sad that their social media team was more helpful than the *******@japancrate.com. They also said I needed to email them to cancel the renewal. (They also was like this one time only. Like ha you lost a customer since the customer service was crap.) So what i can't just log in and cancel it. Thats how they cheat you outta your money.
BTW if this ever happens to anyone else either dispute it with your card. You can even go to the japan crate

Im getting addicted with this subscription box from Japan Crate. The received Premium Japan Crate was all well presented. The selection of goodies and snacks were perfectly compliments each other. August crate was indeed amazingly curated with the summer themed box. And then the Umai yellow box. I am surprised with the quality of noodles inside the crate. The noodles and ramens and other stuff inside my Umai crate was highly appreciated. Love everything in it. Perfect for the coming cold and breezy weather. I will be renewing my subscription for another month!

Such an adorable stuff inside my Inku crate. Really cute items. Good selections of product. I really wanted to try different crate after my 6 month Inku subscription. I have ask the customer support about changing my crate but honestly i don't want to missed any single crate from my Inku. So i'll change once my subscription ended. I Would love to try their Kira crate. Might be awesome as well. This stationeries brings back memories when im still at school. Thanks Japancrate. I love your products and great concept.

Yayy! Just got my March Doki Doki box. Overall experience was superb. Great products and cute plush bento box. It matches the Totoro Bento box. Shipping was a bit delayed but no rush. Swift and smooth transactions. I only order 1 box for now. But will order again next month. Website is simple yet elegant. Very user friendly. Great work Japan crate.

I was a bit wary if we will actually get the products we ordered. I just tried it for 1 time subscription and canceled it after I placed the order of Japan Umai box. To my surprise, Japan crate really did send the box. I got my Umai box as promised and were in good order. I will order from them again as long as they reduce the shipping charges. Taste Japan through Japan crate. Price is fair. Thank you!
