I have been with IYOGI for about 6 years. I have called them with questions and problems of all sorts from a blank black screen to things I could not get off the screen. They have helped me compile mailing lists, add attachments, find lost mail, Sometimes a question could be answered in one word and sometimes I had messed up so bad it took a few hours for the technicians to figure it out. I have never had them give up before solving a problem.
I was steered to this horrible company through Belkin and I regret the entire experience. It took 1 hour and 20 minutes on the phone just to set up the "appointment" with their "experienced technician". That should have been my first clue. The tech was late arriving, did not understand what was the problem with my laptop (it would not boot). He ended up erasing all my files and left me with a computer that was worthless. After another hour on the phone, I got my money back. Also know that it is not a fee for service, but a "subscription" that automatically renews, which was never explained to me. STAY AWAY!
I used iYogi about eight times and I found them satisfactory for the most part. Their technicians were generally knowledgeable, thorough and unfailingly polite (except for one time when I got a condescending technician who impatiently told me the answer to my question was obvious). They were willing to spend as much time as necessary to fix my problem. By the end of the sessions my problem was resolved. Unfortunately, this recurring problem that caused the printer to go offline was never identified and I had to pay an outside technician to come to my house and tell me I needed a firmware upgrade. I fixed it myself. My other complaint is that at the end of a session the technician always tried to sell me something using hard sell tactics. In fact, my credit card was charged for another year without my permission two months before my contract was up. This caused me to lose trust in iYogi so that at the moment I am not signed up for the iYogi service.
I have been very pleased with iYogi service. They are very knowledgeable. Occasionally there has been a little difficulty communicating, but when I tell them I am having trouble understanding, they get some else who speaks English clearer. Or they communicate via chat. I do prefer to speak in person.
If I have any complaint... it is that they try to sell something to me every time I call for service. That becomes a little irritating to me. It is near impossible to say NO.
I would and have recommended them to friends. But I do not know if they have called or chose to use iYogi,
IYogi has been a pleasant experience. They have saved me from frustration time and time again with their knowledge of computer problems. Freeze-ups and lost information are restored quickly and will save you from losing hope many times when the matter is resolved. IYogi techs will give you their best effort with friendly and thoughtful manners. IYogi is most efficient with new users of the computer struggling to make sense of it all.
I have had several encounters with iyogi. Some have been a bit challenging, and others very helpful. It seems that there are differing levels of competency with the people who answer the phone. I have learned to ask for someone more experienced when the person I am speaking with is unable to fix my problem.
Overall, I have been satisfied with their service.
If you have a hearing problem, it can be difficult to work with them.
So far, I have had all of my problems resolved.
TERRIBLE - took 4 hours and several demands to sell me overpriced retail software with no resolution. I had to fix the problem myself. English is not their primary language and very difficult to understand
Excellent service. It keeps my computer on its toes. Though I am somewhat hard of hearing I have had no trouble conversing with any of the several technicians who have been in contact with me. I certainly plan to continue using IYogi and recommend it to my friends.

I have been a long time member client of iYogi computer for on-line computer service since 2010. Understanding the broken English was certainly a challenge; however, as time passed I began to listen with more effort and the English became much improved with time. My problem was always solved. Time required was frustrating at times, but this too improved as time passed. I felt I would always get my requested task finished and that was accomplished. Over all I have no complaints. Thank you.
Have had iYogi for 5 years, and they are the best. I've had all of the big names and some of the small ones over the past 20 years, but they all failed at one point or another. No antivirus can catch everything. Hackers are too numerous and smart, but iYogi solved each and every problem at no additional cost. I can happily recommend it to anyone. On the other hand, my wife has one of the big names in antivirus control on her computer. Recently she lost all of her Office software, and the repair cost $150 and 5 days time. They found 600+ viruses.
My experiences have always been positive no matter the reason for the contact. I found the technicians to be knowledgeable, easy to communicate with and courteous. They always corrected my problem in a very expeditious manner and kept me informed as the corrections were being made.
I have had to call on iYogi for technical support at least 4 or more times and believe me, they have been very courteous and patience with me because I am a little slow (smile). I find them to be extremely knowledgeable and know exactly how to solve the problems that I was having at that particular time. I would give them a standing A+ and recommend them highly.
Our experience with iYogi has been truly amazing. We have a small insurance agency operating in the states of Texas and Colorado in the USA. When we need help we just call on the technicians at iYogi. The problem is quickly solved either by screen sharing or just over the phone. What a blessing to have such a great team from iYogi to solve our problems.
My assistant Needed help with Dell printer shutting off everytime I hit print. She went on line to Dell and somehow got iyogi as the tech help phone number. They ran some bogus scan said there were 64 registry errors causing the problem and it would cost $290 to fix. Luckily I saw the program had her hang up, and I deleted the programs they installed. I had too run 2 security programs to find all the crap they installed. I will be complaining to Dell.
Iyogi is a very reliable company to do business with. They have always been there when I needed help with my computers, day or night. I had a problem once that it took them all night to fix, but the tech told me he would get it fixed before he went off his shift. He came threw and sure enough he found my problem and had it fixed so I could use my machine the next morning. This company has been very good to me and my family for the last 4-5 years. I hope I will be able to keep their services for as long as I have computers.
This company knows how to support their customers. The first impression was not good when I called was a hard sell, but once I got to tech support it was such a relief. The techs were very professional and resolved my printer issue with ease.
I have used iyogi for years, but have recently become disappointed in their services. The last two times I have called, they do a hard sell for windows 8.1. Since I have Windows 7, I would rather wait for the free windows 10 upgrade. The said 7 was no longer support ed anywhere which also isn't true. My problem was not fixed and their price for software was higher than anywhere else I looked.

IYogi has provided me with great technical support for a number of years. They have been very effective in resolving my technical problems a number of times. Whether it takes just a few minutes or a couple hours they are through and persistent to address my computer issues.
IYogi posed as Belkin. Cost me $199 for 'premium' service. Wiped important apps from my computer, I lost essays and PowerPoint presentations and they slowed down my PC. Operator Aparajita Kant gave me a phony toll free unlimited help line number which turned out to be a loan company. IYogi invalidated my HP warranty. Minus 1000 stars.

IYOGI is available 24/7 to me and I have used them frequently over the last five years. From minor problems to major ones, they have the knowledge and ability to solve my PC problems. I really like the feature of not having to be on the phone, just communicate via the keyboard. Their techs are great.
Answer: Oh, please, how many people are you willing to let "piggyback" on your lawsuit? I'm so fed up with scammers/shoddy services from companies. IYogi played a good game in the beginning but now it is in the proverbial toilet.
