This is an excellent Apple service. It provides good music, and lots of choices. I especially like downloading Rhianna myself.

I have an easy and smooth experience shopping with iTunes. I think they are doing a great job.

Always impressed by ITunes and the amount of things they are continuously adding to the site.

The set up is really complicated. Still, it is a service I will always use. THX Apple.com!

* Terrible sound quality
* Non-intuitive interface
* Missing features (Coverflow, folders open in new window, etc)
* No easy downgrade procedure

I do like iTunes, but I find big gaps in some of their selections.

Whatever you can think of, it's there! Quality is also a plus! Huge plus!

I use iTunes to sync my music. It is sometimes a bit tricky but I still love it.

Its great for huge fan of music listeners. Its expensive but worthy

I found the one. Easy to use and they all have the great music to download.

I love my iTunes. I use it to manage all of my music, for work and for sports.
