We placed the order from Italo for our wedding bands. They also added a beautiful gift, a set of crystal ear rings. The customer service was fantastic. All questions answered and emails replied too. When they arrived they were packaged beautifully and in stunning wee boxes. Would definitely recommend

The rings get 3 stars. Defiantly order a size or 2 larger than you normally wear. Especially if you don't like them snug. I wear a 7. Ordered 7 1/4 and it's tighter than my 7. They come from CHINA NOT CALIFORNIA! You can verify that with paypal. I don't know why customers are saying the delivery is quick it took over 20 days to get my rings. And customer service isn't any help. The Rings look more eccentric online. Had it not taken so long I would order from them again. I would return the Rings for larger sizes but it just took too long. And I'm afraid it will start causing yet another problem.

This company is a scam! Received a damaged ring (one stone is defective), and asked for a replacement. Originally I paid extra 20$ for express shipping to make it sure it arrived in time for mother s day and thought the replacement would make it in time. Three weeks later they haven't even processed the replacement order.
Customer service is basically non existent, in 5 business days of trying to contact them though their live chat I was able to talk to somebody once. Their phone number goes straight to a VM. Customer service via email ignores my emails and gets back with a two days delay. Now they want me to pay for return shipment of the original defective order although their return policy states that they are responsible for shipping charges in case of defective items. I asked them to cancel my order and they won't send an order cancel confirmation. SCAMMERS! Worst company I've ever dealt with.

Need I say more? I received my ring that was too small, & when I emailed requesting an explanation, the agent said *"6.5... 6, it's not much difference in size." I said if your company states that you can make it in that size, do it! The lack of professionalism is incomprehensible! Require that they send a picture of your purchased ring measuring the size you ordered before they ship it to you, or save your hard earned money!

I must say that even after some research, I was still a bit worried about ordering from Italo Jewelry knowing that my ring would be shipping from a warehouse in China. However, the price was great so I took the chance. This ring came beautifully packaged and is much more beautiful and sparkling clear than it looks on-line. It is a substantial size. Seems that stones are are securely set and I hope they stay that way. Others have complained that stones fall out. The only problem I had is that due to unclear shipping papers and bar code issue, my packaged bounced around unnecessarily to several USPS mail distribution centers for days. Thank goodness for tracking numbers. I had to call the postal service and spoke with a representative in order for them to manually track and redirect my package to be sure that I would receive it. Anyway, so far so good!"

I order two rings from Italo Jewelry one ring was ok not worth 100.00 they charged.
The other was a piece of crap not made well the prons were misshaped I sent
Photos and they still gave me the run around for months trying to settle this purchase with them. I finally sent the jewelry back and they still wanted more proof. So many ripoffs. Delete their emails save yourself the hassel.

I was recommended to check out italo jewelry by my sister mother in law. I visited the webpage and immediately fell for the sparkle I placed my order, 2 rings, one for my fiance as he wanted a engagement ring for himself and an upgrade of my own engagement ring. I place the order and waited. It took a while to receive the rings mainly because of my counties customs clearance, but OMG was it worth the wait! I absolutely love my ring! It's super sparkly, looks better than the picture for sure. My fiance is also very happy with his ring and the tungsten ring he got is super smooth and comfortable to wear. I also got a pair if beautiful earrings as a gift from italo. I will definitely be shopping from them again!

Italo Jewelry is a scam company. From broken jewelry, to painted beads being described as pearls, to horrible, horrible customer service…AVOID THIS COMPANY! A picture is worth a thousand words…SEE BELOW! That's Italo's version of a pearl band ring after 8 months, rarely worn! Spread the word about this company…I surely will continue on every forum possible!

I placed my order on 5/5/2023 and have been told it will be an additional 10-15 days before I should receive my order. On 5/12/2023 they offered to send a pair of stud earrings to compensate me for the order delay, I agreed to wait additional time and accepted the bonus gift of the earrings, haven't received that either.

Very disappointed in the service I've received, won't purchase anything else from them.

Soon as I got my package I was so excited. I opened it and one of my stones had already fallen out. The very next day another fell out and within the same week two more came out. I contacted customer service and sent photos of the ring. They promised to send a new one and I have just been waiting ever since. It's been two months and still no ring. They keep telling me it's being shipped. They gave me some bogus tracking number that hasn't ever left the facility. I'm very disappointed because it would of been the very perfect ring for me had it not just fallen apart.

This is my Daughter In Laws wedding set. It was just over $200 for all three rings.
The plating of some sort is coming off the bottom of the bands.
She left messages at customer service and also emailed them. They haven't responded.

This is crappy Chinese junk jewelry that's being sold as solid 925 sterling silver.

I read the reviews and most of them seemed good. Don't be fooled. I waited much longer than it said on the shipping which means nothing really. When I opened the box and got the ring I was disgusted it looks nothing but I mean nothing like the ad. I've been trying to return the ring for a week now and they keep asking if I want a replacement. No I don't want another piece of junk from them. I want this returned. So far no luck.

I ordered 2 rings by mistake. Total was $250. When I requested a refund, they said I could keep the rings and they would send me a pair of $90 earrings, which is ridiculous.
The company is in China although there is a California address on their website. I opened a case with Paypal to get my refund.
They sent me this message...
"Or if you would like to keep both items, we will send you a pair of earrings worth $90 as a gift. Please let me know your opinion."

I really wish I had not trusted all the great reviews on their FB page because I believe they are 100% a scam charging much more than what the garbage is they send. I waited almost 2 months for 2 rings. Spent $186 so not a huge loss but these rings were not worth $10 together. The first is a ladies thin band and the gems look like foggy glass and don't sparkle. Looks like something from a gumball machine. The men's ring is worse! They literally painted the sides to make it look like blue sapphires and did a horrible job. You can't post anything negative on their site because they remove those posts. Two of mine were removed. They are located in "California" but customer service is through Hong Kong and good luck reaching anyone who can communicate effectively with you or answer your questions. Huge disappointment and lesson learned. Steer clear of this scam. The best part of this purchase was the packaging.
