I purchased 2 rings and they look like chromed out Claire's toys. Their customer service is poor. Do not purchase unless you want to pay hefty shipping return fees.

Not even 1star. I received the ring on March 25th 2020 then 4days later all the edges of the stones were cracked badly like broken glass. So I contact to customer service and they gonna shipping a new item. But since from April 8th my package is still in China facility that the origin where package from. So I email them several times and they keep saying same general answer because of COVID-19. But you know what?! My other over sea packages from other merchandise never delayed. It's almost 2months passed and I worn thay ring maybe 2 times? I paid for what? Nothing? Also their customer services is worst. If you email them to ask a question it takes about at least 2-3day either no answering back.

Horrible horrible service:

1) I paid extra fee for expidited shipping and on the website it claimed to be delivered in 3 to 7 working days. I ordered on June 8 and received on June 29, which is 15 working days.
2) I had to track and collect the item by myself. During the whole process, Italo gave me incorrect tracking information, and I had to call DHL by myself to finally find the correct information. Also, Italo DOESNT care about this at all during the whole process. They used a cheap version DHL, which forwards their package to local forwarder once it lands on the foreign country, and from that moment, you need to track your package by calling the local forwarder by yourself.

3) Poor response time for any customer request. They basically neglected my email. The fastest response I received was the one requesting information on how to return the item. They emailed back asking can you not return it if we return the delivery fee to you? After I replied no to them, they gone AWOL again. Im waiting for their response, and I hope they will be more responsible than I think.

In short, I would rather burned the money I spent on that ring than buying from them again.

Fiance purchased a ring from them. It looked great in the photo. It is a white gold ring, with rose gold trimand a white topaz. The so called rose gold faded and when i contacted them they refused to replace it. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE THERE JEWELRY LOOKS GOOD BUT IS SHODDY.

Stay away from Italo Jewelry. They are complete frauds. Keep your money and buy a quality piece of jewelry from a legitimate merchant.
The positive reviews you see here are fake reviews. They are poorly written, at times bear no relevence to the products, and are obviously fake. I bought jewelry from this company and was extremely disappointed with the quality of the merchandise and the horrible customer service. The jewelry received was not what was photographed and described on the site, and was defective. What I ordered took 60 days to receive! The stones in the ring I received were considerably smaller than the stones in the photo on the site. I followed their "Return Policy" within the stated time limit, & contacted them via email immediately. It took weeks to finally get their return instructions. I sent them a photo of the ring showing the tag was still attached. I had to file a claim with Paypal, post negative feedback on facebook, and contact my credit card company before any action began. It took FIVE MONTHS to get a refund!

Since the begining the comunication with the seller was great and very fluent. It is always nice when the seller treats you very friendly, loved it! Also, the quality of the product is really really good, is as expected and seems like is gonna last for a long time. I will definetly get some gifts here for my loved ones in the future. It is also a good relation quality-price. The package was well done, the item didn't recieve any damage, and i got it right on time! This was a great shopping experiencie for me, i recomend this store to everybody, you will love it!

I ordered a ring for my engagement. I ordered it two weeks before the event and paid $20 for 3-5 day shipping. After I had a few live chats with them - it became clear that I would not be getting my ring on time. So I cancelled my order. They said that it would take 3-5 days. I let them know that i ordered through PayPal and that is immediate and respectfully requested that they expedited the refund and to please refund that day. I had seen all of the bad reviews and felt that I had been scammed.

The ring didn't get here on time - I cancelled before it was shipped so I never saw the product. I also had trouble creating an account t on their website. But the did send the refund back to me on the same day that I requested it. That was a very nice ending to a frustrating experience.

The customer service rep was always very nice. I wish that I could have waited to get the ring. It looked absolutely beautiful on the website. So, I don't have any experience about how the jewelry looked and fit. But it certainly looked amazingly beautiful on their website.
