We could not afford the D.Core Cirrus Massage Chair. However, after speaking to one of the chat agents at this company the recommended we get an Infinity massage chair for 1/2 the cost. NO REGRETS! It is absolutely high end!

Father of two boys here, posting about my experience with the arcade / entertainment company In The New Age who we found while looking for a traditional pinball machine for the kids. Although I found the crew at In The New Age pleasant to work with during the purchase, we are not happy with them or our Future Pin 2000. On 9/16/21 we ordered the unit with a couple of options. We were told "white glove delivery" by someone who could demonstrate how to navigate, set up files, internet connection, etc in about four to six weeks if I recall correctly. On 10/3/21 we were offered some options, (including an upgrade to the 6000) one of which I didn't catch was already part of my initial invoice. I hastily approved it while my wife was in the hospital so I paid for it twice.

After many rounds of following up over the next six months, we finally got the unit on 4/14/22. It had a couple of bees in it and was delivered by a two man crew who had never seen one before and not instructions but we were still glad to have it. It was also missing agreed upon options only one of which I was made aware of and credited for.

The system is difficult to learn and navigate through. It has game files that do not work, games that don't work with the included controls, some of the games don't fit the screen, has writing that is so pixelated that you can't make it out, etc. They take a while to load so it can be frustrating. My tech savy kids even wanted to smash it...

Within two weeks, the switch broke and I never got service or a replacement. I asked for them to pickup the unit and refund the money but haven't gotten a response. Since then, I went to dust the machine off and found the right side of the lower TV had fallen down. I want this machine out of my house! For some reason the site won't allow me to upload more that the one pic.

If you like virtual machines, get the Future Pin 2000 with the 2,000-classic virtual in one. I was totally blown away when I turned it one and started playing it.

The future pin 6000 was delivered and I received exactly as advertised and more. In fact, it has more games than advertised. Thank you.

After paying $5700 and 3 months of waiting I finally received my Stinger VP virtual pinball. It was supposed only take 5 weeks, but they kept giving ne excuse after excuse. It is a very high-end pinball, and the price was very reasonable, however, I do not like getting the run around.

If I don't see good reviews I don't buy. But this place has way more reviews than any other in the industry. Soon as I am able I ant to buy some arcades from them.

Great shapo, plays well. I bought the rockola vinyl 45 jukeboxes back in March 2021 and it was finally delivered a few days ago, it is a beauty!

Last Christmas we could not afford to buy a ROCK-OLA jukebox. But after seeing the ROCK-OLA crystal, well, we just could not hep it. Planning to get it in time for Christmas.
