I don't post much on Instagram, but I used to post quite a bit. I haven't posted in maybe half a year, but for some reason my Instagram account was suspended. I have no idea why, unless its because I like or send conservative posts such as the Babylon bee and the daily wire. I tried to disagree with this decision and go through and verify my account, but the verification codes didn't send until it was past the given time on Instagram and I was unable to verify and have been locked out of my account for 24 hours.

Do you like taking 1000 pictures of yourself a day to get attention and validation from complete strangers you'll never meet? If you answered yes to that question, therapy is right for you! But moving past that... Instagram might just be your new life.

Just think, you can live on it all day, ignoring nature, ignoring driving laws, ignoring your kids, ignoring that your house is on fire, etc, etc, and show society that you're a woman deserving respect by posing in 1000 images, wearing nothing but dental floss. Sound familiar?

I've had instagram for years and I'm very disappointed at the lack of response when I sent them an email to delete my account as it has been hacked and the hacker is sending messages pretending to be me to hack others and I have not gotten any communication back on the matter. I thought they'd work faster to get this resolved.

Instagram maybe one of the so-called most popular social media platforms in the world, but it is not what it cracked up to be. If you are an upcoming talented person who wants to showcase your work, Instagram would disappoint you with its Facebook algorithm system. Like Facebook, Instagram would censor true independent voices as well. Like Facebook, Youtube, and Twitter, Instagram is also very toxic. Just like its predecessors, everything on Instagram is all about winning the popularity contest to see who get the most likes and followers. It is so childish. I can go and on. Social media platforms, like Instagram, can also lead some people into depression.

This glitch happens when an account with no name has under 100 followers. When someone views it, the account will appear to be owned by someone in their phone contacts, that doesn't actually own the account. This glitch is not big enough to stop you from downloading the app, but it does make it harder to identify who runs certain smaller insta accounts. Because of small glitches like this, I can't give the app a full five star rating. This glitch is rare, but I know several people who have experienced it.

About 1 years ago, I decided to register on this social network in order to start a blog. And so far I am satisfied, as this is currently the most popular platform with a large number of users. But sometimes policy is unbearable.

This app is an excellent channel of communication, expression and interaction that is very important to me. It's amazing to connect directly with people from all over the world from different languages ​​and cultures! It allows me to work, play, learn, share and grow... and all on a single platform!

Excellent for posting nice images of yourself, interesting events, and friend and family pictures etc however the site does tend to be occasionally addictive and is often full of inappropriate sexual content, it would be good if Instagram could get rid of any genuinely violent or more often overly pornographic content whilst respecting those who wish to post opinions provided they aren't genuinely violently calling out against people.

Great website, surprisingly treated me much better than Facebook itself even know Facebook is great too but have deleted a few of my pages. Instagram has never done anything wrong to me that I can think of other than no blue checkmark yet. Great photo and video sharing app and I want to stay around forever because I have a lot of stuff on it. I hope they soon add more web (computer) capability like TIkTok like web uploading.

Instagram are cowards. They hate pages that disagree with them politically or on moral issues and WRONGFULLY delete comments as SPAM when they are never violating their Community Guidelines.

Appeals button is a middle finger. Then they censor you from speaking for 24 hrs for "their definition" of "crimes" committed. They biasly cast sentence based on prejudice paranoia.

Their needs to be laws set in play for digital harassment by the makers of the app.

1 star, the Z's need to apologize for their violations.

I admit I am baffled about how this website is popular. Possibly just meta (met a) and historic (people are used to it). People may use this website because they don't realise how bad it is

To anyone who uploads content - to let you know meta have removed the search facility. That means any hashtags you use, don't mean anything, your content cannot be found because there is no search feature, you're shouting into the void

The user interface is the worst possible thing you can imagine. No search, no next page. Since no one can find your content, your photo album is essentially private. No one can find your content because they removed the search feature, which to be honest was always awful, but barely functional

I'm almost at the point now where this company meta has purchased both Instagram and Facebook but yet all they're doing is collecting money and not actually helping the people that are making the money there customers their users… Give us customer service or chances are in five years you'll be a thing of the past for social media platform that actually gives their customers and user support! #dobettermeta.

I've been hacked twice on my Instagram account in less than 24 hours and yet somehow the Instagram algorithm allow this person to change my email three times in one freaking day and never confirmed with me once! This isn't right! If you can't protect your users and their identities and the ability for someone to use their identities on your platform and you have no customer service for people who get hacked?! Greedy bastards!

Instagram and its owners "Meta" will steal thousands of hours from its content creators and years of work — they will arbitrarily close your account with no recourse. While not violating ANY terms our account on fashion and lifestyle was closed for violating "community guidelines." Users can destroy brands and businesses if they "flag" your content in an attempt to steal your audience and compete.
Unlike similar platforms which penalize accounts briefly or temporarily—Instagram will simply close your entire page. If you try to contact support, you get a bot email reply. Horrible, horrible company and zero customer service.

Always deleting my accounts for no reason and it is controlled by bots. The worst app of all time. I hate it. I've had to create my account about 6 times and I am beyond livid! Instagram needs to be deleted as an app to never resurface. They don't even one star.

THE WORST! My account of 10 years was disabled for no reason. I only used it for watching videos. I never posted anything and only followed 100 people. Instagram is about to be another MySpace. In the archives
