I recently bought two banarsi silk sarees online and was not satisfied with my purchase. The material quality was bad, and there wasn't enough fabric to create the right number of pleats. Overall, it did not meet my expectations.
I buy several outfits every year and last year I bough 3 dress and 3 saree.One saree was $88+ and turned pout to not matching picture and/or qaulity I do not like it

The quality of the fabric is not good, for $60+ I was expecting a much better quality.

This is actually for two purchases. One was the wrong size, and it was replaced without hassle (after I showed evidence of the problem). The other was a beautiful salwar kameez, which fit well. I think it is important for customers to know that problems are addressed and solved by Indian Wedding Saree- there are many companies which just ignore the concerns of their customers. These people did a good job.

The delivery was fine, as it always has been. This company is very good on delivery.
The sari material was a bit scratchy, rather than soft, but was attractive.
The major virtue of this company is that they are concerned with customers, and willing to deal with any problems.
I have stopped dealing with other online sari companies because they do not care about their customers- they just ignore any problems, and I have lost time and money from them.
I have found this company to have fine garments, and also good customer care.

The stitching was not done accordingly. The neck of the kameez was so high up it felt like Chinese collar. I will not be wearing this outfit anytime at all. What a waste of money for me.
