Ordering was a bit confusing at times and I'm not sure why you don't allow a customer to see what the product will look like unless you pay $10. However I love the product and it came 2 days before expected. I'll use your services again for sure.

Good to pay for proof so you are ensured of getting accurate product. Our logo sent was too large but was corrected in the proof. Product turned out great! Prompt, accurate and great customer service. Updated as product progressed from printing to shipping.
I ordered several thousand custom buttons from this company. They misprinted the order and then blamed me for screwing them up, even though I submitted everything correctly according to the instructions on their website. This company is a scam.
