Website was easy to use. Design assist was great. Just upload an idea for your design and they will help make it happen. It was fast and they won't start your offer until you approve the design. I chose to have items rushed. They were made on on my door step within a few days. Love how fast and easy this was. And don't forget price. Compared to other places I looked, Imprint had the best price.
I was very happy with the service, the speed and the quality of the final product. The only setback, which is certainly not the fault of Imprint, was the the email for verification of the design went to my Junk folder, but someone from Imprint called me and asked me to look in the Junk folder and respond.

Item was very cheap looking. Very thin and smelled awful, like chemicals. Overall order experience was average.

They were able to have a very quick turn around time for the coasters I purchased. The quality was decent, not fantastic but good for the price. Also it should be noted I paid extra for them to be made here in the U.S.
The reason why I am giving this one star for the product is that the ink or something else they used on my full color coasters was awful! The coasters were shipped shrink wrapped and boxed together. When we opened them up they smelled extremely toxic. So bad that I wasn't able to give them to the venues I bought them for till 2 weeks later.
We had to lay out the coasters side by side with fans blowing over them in a ware house for over 100 hours in order to let them "off gas" their nauseating fumes! In fact when laying them out, several employees including myself experienced bad headaches from the fumes!
Then I reached out to customer service a week ago to tell them what had happened and hopefully get some sort of clarification on why this problem happened. I used the proper channel to reach out to them using my order number and even including pictures of the coasters being laid out. It has now been 6 business days and have heard no response from anyone in the company!
Excellent product. Higher than normal price for shipping and handling. Package containing sign was excessively large. Company could probably reduce costs (and lower pricing?) by maintaining a stock of smaller packages for smaller orders.
THe shopping experience was easy however the product left a lot to be desired.
