I made a PD mistake and customer care caught it and contacted me before filling the prescription. Very diligent. My only comment on the glasses is I wish they offered glass lenses. I prefer a heavier pair of glasses. Other than that, they offer a wide variety of frames, in both metal and plastic and half frames, so I am a return customer. My son also gets his glasses here. PLUS...they are a Canadian company!
Product was great. Exactly as described. Have to be really careful entering the prescription. If you touch the scroll wheel while a box is highlight it changes values in the box.

The order took about 8 weeks to fill. It took many friendly chats to ascertain the order was lost. I sent my prescription with my order to make sure they had all the accurate measurements. The glasses are serviceable but not spot on. I would have returned them but was pretty much tired of the whole process.

Frame is too big for my face. And I don't know if the lens is accurate. Seems like my eyes went smaller when I put them on. I'd like to order a smaller frame.

After much frustration with the website and some help with customer service i did manage to get some glasses ordered. Within 2 weeks they were scratched. They were not dropped or abused in any way during this time. I used only different cloths to clean them. Essentially i can only deduce that the scratch resistant coating is ineffective, poorly done, or non-existent. The lenses are always dirty, they seem to attract and hold dirt. The transition is a little high but i've managed to adjust, which means the frames don't sit in the best position. They will be my back ups once i purchase another set of glasses. Somewhere else.
Website not very customer friendly.
My partner and I ordered glasses and it has taken over 3 weeks to get the order and we still don't have them. They insist on using Canada Post which has failed twice to deliver the shipment despite the promise to make sure the orders were shipped and properly delivered. All you get from them is platitudes and nothing else changes. Would suggest that you do not use this company unless you have time to wait and enjoy frustration and broken promises

Had good experience before, however forget about trying to exchange anything. Been waiting over 4 months for replacement glasses. Not returning calls / emails and very frustrating to deal with. Been getting promising emails / calls from Mae, Mechelle and Emily but all promises and no glasses. Very poor customer service.

This company does a great job!. My hardest is finding the right size since i dont know what im looking for. If you know your sizes and are confident in your choices i definitely recommend. The price is great. I use this company for my work pairs so if they get scratches its not a biggie. Very happy and i have bought several pairs over the years.

I was taken care of beyond what I expected from a website! They made sure my prescription was absolutely correct getting me to re-contact my optometrist to make sure my prescription was correct because of poor handwriting.
Everything was good except that the Transition Lens could have been darker in the bright sunlight.
