Very user friendly,. I think it would be nice if a agent makes a call once in a while. It is bad enough everything is done on line. Make this experience more user friendly.

Glancing at your job posting, I think we can really help you. Job post optimization is key here. As you know, in a job seeker's economy, candidates have a lot of opportunities to choose from when deciding where to apply. You can make your job postings more appealing by including:

-Job function specifics (especially where their flavor is unique to your establishment)
-Company/workplace culture information
-Benefits, salary info, and perks of the position
-Information about your business, mission, and values (specifics about what makes your cuisine different and great can help to attract excellent chefs)

On any platform, job posts that include the above information will see more qualified candidates apply. IHire is not for me

There are so many online sites that allow you to search and apply for jobs for free. The company posting the job should be paying to post, not the job seeker.

We appreciate your comment. We would love to provide some clarification here. IHire offers job seekers two different levels of membership. We offer a free Basic membership option with a lot of great features and benefits, including access to in-network jobs (those found natively on iHire), our Resume Review tool, expert career advice, the option to make your resume searchable by employers, customizable job alert emails, and much more.

We also offer a subscription-based Premium membership, which does include full access to curated, out-of-network jobs, but we'd like to emphasize that in-network job postings are the opportunities employers pay iHire to post, and these are available to both premium and basic members for free.

In addition to out-of-network job opportunities, Premium members also receive other features and benefits that can help them get hired faster including access to our proprietary time-saving resume tool we call iScore Resume Match. We try to make our job search results and suggestions as relevant as possible to each candidate rather than just showcasing opportunities for employers who invest the most in their job ads. Offering a Premium candidate experience helps us achieve this.

We understand that a Premium offering is not everyone's preference, but we hope you can see why many users see great value in it, and we encourage you to use a free trial to see the difference for yourself.

We found excellent applicants

We found this site to be most helpful and found excellent applicants. The physician had also made it known in the hospital that we were in need of a Sonographer and the position was filled from word of mouth rather than the sites we used to advertise.

The resume and cover letter templates are great. I tailor each (minor changes) to each job description; it's efficient and easy to add notes and track progress (interviews, offers, status) directly within the website.

Also, new jobs are posted frequently, and there has been good response rate from either recruiters or hiring manager to set up a phone screen.

The actual applications are redirected to the company site or other third party application site.

Needs automatic shut off

You need to be able to put a shutoff date on your postings. The automatic renewal doesn't work for me.
