I work in a very niche industry and it is extremely difficult finding experienced and qualified people. After spending thousands of dollars with other recruiting sites and getting nowhere, I came across iHire. For the price, you simply cannot beat it. I had a high level, very hard to fill management position in a retained search for 18 months with no hire made. I posted the job on iHire and within 48 hours had a candidate that was hired within two weeks of getting the candidate's resume.
