Fake items masquerading as originals. Fake fake fake. I have the original versions from the sunpotion website to check. Items arrived NO SEAL. NO CUSTOMS OPENED LETTER. MISSING HALF THE CONTENT. DIFFERENT SMELL AND TEXTURE.

1. Missing powder, almost up to 1/3 in CORDYCEPS, Missing powder 1/5 in ASHGAWANDA product. They think this is OK?
2. No customs opened letter. Customs did not remove the inner seals.
3. No inner seals on ANY of the 3 products from au. Iherb. All originals from sunpotion contain seals. Again they claim this is OK.
4. Significantly different texture and smell compared to original in SHEA BUTTER product. Trying to claim there is a difference in manufacture, when I have the original from sunpotion.com to compare.
5. Text differences on bottle compared to original products. Bold and blurred lettering. Indicating imitation product. Again they don't address this. Very obvious sign of fake / imitation product.
6. Cheap knock off materials and powders claiming to be original when it is fake in order to dupe customers and make a profit.
7. Company ignored almost every point they couldn't refute, and tried to claim they wouldn't sell fakes, and that was it. Did not address, seals, missing powder, differences in product, or bad lettering and text on their labels.

I have tried to order twice from here. Everytime I pay for my order, it gets taken out of my account and my account gets deactivated. DO NOT ORDER!
I gave my sister my 6 digit Rewards Code to put on her first order and the order was for about $150. I was expecting to receive about $10 Rewards Credit on order I placed for myself about a week after here order was placed. I chatted and sent several emails back and forth trying to get my Rewards credits for bringing another customer to them.
Iherb's "customer service" is simply a joke on the customers. It has absolutely nothing to do with serving the customers and is only a theft of customer's time to even deal with them.
I ended up filing a complaint with my credit card company and they just said I won the dispute and they will not charge me the $45 order on which I was not given Rewards credit, but credit card will also not pay iherb. I herb has 45 days to dispute the ruling but doubt they will. That is not how Iherb makes their money.
They just consummate sales quick and dirty and customer is SOL in trying to resolve problems after the sale was made.
I used to think Iherb was a great company and they certainly have a large selection of products. Now, I am more inclined to go wtih Swansons but have to be careful there too.
I have narrowed down the supplements that I feel are very beneficial to my health and that I do not want to be without and I am trying to limit myself to purchasing those. It is not a good idea to respond to advertised new items in eamil ads for products you do not know you need. I am on a limited retirement income and I spend about $100 per month on basic essential supplement items I do not want to be without, but I really cannot afford to even look at new products described and do not want to fall prey to advertisements.
There is an extreme large amount of typical deceptive marketing rhetoric on health supplements and one has to just gaurd oneself against it all.
I did 1st order from Iherb and only afterwards read this site.
After reading I was real nervous about the delivery.
But everything went great. I invited staff in $70 (price in Israel, about $250) plus $8 of quick delivery (mail).
Site said delivery time July 21 till Aug 4. It arrived on July 21st. No custom no VAT (Israeli tax authorities are very tough in this and still).
All staff arrived as I requestd and it was packeged in good strong box. The strange thing was that plastic bottles were gust sitting in the box so when I shooked the box it ran the box and made noise like clapper. No problem with that as the bottles are plastic. There was also a clothespeg?.
Tracking system was also good (Fedex mail) exept for for final stage. It showed that the box arrive to Israel, it said in and out of custom and the day after it said delivery unknown.
Those was the point I went to read and didn't find help (and arrived to that site).
Finnaly I read that once box arrives to locak mail it disappears from the traking system and this is exactly what happened just that instead of saying delivered to local mail it said unkown mail or alike.
I'm happy with level of service and product and will order soon.

I have ordered from Iherb several times, always no problem. July 19th I ordered again from iherb. According to their email my pakage should be delivered by July 22,2015, But I have not. So I sent an email to iherb help desk for some update info and the iHerb Customer Service Chris Legaspi replied my email in time and tell me that due to customs clearance. Today I received my ordered stuffs in very good conditon. By the way I use Airmail Premium. The following are the log files from the Canada Post. Hope this helps.

So I found iherb and they had a bunch of stuff I wanted to try for pretty good prices, even one bottle of supplements that I was looking for was discounted to $0. I read a lot of reviews and saw very mixed things. A lot of people were saying negative things about shipping, customer service, etc. and I was hesitant to place my order. There was of course a mix of positive reviews, and nothing about overcharging/credit card fraud which is what I was most worried about. In the end I decided, for about $22 for 5 different supplements I had to give them a try. When you place your order as well a free option through Google Trusted Stores pops up and tells you if something goes wrong with your order that iherb isn't fixing to contact them. That seemed reassuring.
I placed my order on Thursday and it told me "Expect 1-3 days for shipment". By the time I checked my email on Friday I had already received confirmation that my packages (shipment was split into 2 but the price was the same) had been shipped and I was given tracking numbers. One package arrived to my apartment complex on Monday and the other arrived Tuesday(today). I got everything I payed for plus a magnet in 1 package and a plastic shower cap in the other. Both of course have to iherb written all over them but it was a fun surprise.
I live in the US, in Michigan, so I don't know if a lot of the issues other people had with extra charges, or slow shipping are because they are out of country orders since people don't specify well. All I know is I'm really happy with how it all went, I wasn't expecting my stuff to arrive until at least Thursday since all these posts assured me that the site is slow.
TL; DR CHEAP PRICES, FAST SHIPMENT, NO EXTRA FEES, 10/10 WILL SHOP AT AGAIN.
I made an order from iherb on 9th of July this year, the order was shipped the next day through ARAMAX and I received the tracking number *******2433.
When I checked the order status I saw the order was on hold due to missing KYC documents. I tried contacting Iherb team and they asked me to contact aramax that I did immediately. I phoned aramax customer care on 11th of July regarding the same issues and they informed me the documents have been verified and order will be shipped in a day or two which I believed. I kept checking my order everyday and the order status remained same so I contacted Iherb and they stated i haven't submitted the documents to aramax that's why the order is on hold. I couldn't believe what they said, I contacted aramax already and they told me the documents have been received. Today in the morning I contacted aramax again and they again said the documents are attached but when I asked why the order isn't in transit, they simply said we don't know where the parcel is. I mean how can someone be such unprofessional, apathetic and deranged. It's been 8 days since I made the order, and I still see no progress of the order at all. I am so tired of contacting both aramax and Iherb. I feel robbed, humiliated and embarrassed. I called them to refund the money which they're denying to give. What do I do? The next step is filing a complaint against aramax in Consumer forum. It's funny, I was having a conversation with Iherb customer care executive named alyzamarie, instead of updating me with the order I am concerned with, she was sending me the order status of my older item. How can we trust them when they don't even know what order they're talking about. Looters took my 60 dollars. I don't know what these frauds are high on.
They even wrote in their terms and conditions page that if the KYC isn't submitted within 5 days of making a purchase, the order will be cancelled and sent back to Iherb. However, it's been 9 days since I made the order. So accordingly, the order should have been cancelled and I should be received my refund.

I placed an order on the 23rd or 24th of March, on the 25th of March at 10:47 pm, I got an email from iHerb saying my package was delivered at my doorstep. I didn't hear a van or anything, but I checked my door anyway, and there was no package. I waited a couple days, nothing. I went on the website to try and contact customer service and I saw something that said to allow 24 hours after a delivery notification because sometimes they, jump the gun? So to speak. Well, I ended up waiting until the 31st to try and give them a chance, still no package delivery. I tried to contact customer service, IMPOSSIBLE. The chat is useless. I tried to send a message to their "24/7 email," you have to choose an option they give you and none of the options apply to a lost package. Because of that I couldn't even send a message, even if I tried to choose one of the other options, it would just redirect me to a useless page that either makes them not at fault or for you to do something else on your end that would not help you at all.
I contacted the shipping company like was suggested, that went nowhere. They stopped responding to me completely after saying they would "investigate the matter." I either got scammed, or it's just lost and iHerb won't help me at all. If you order from here you MIGHT get your product, but there's a good chance you won't, and if you don't receive it then don't expect to get any customer service or help. I'm so upset, I've never written a review like this before but I just cannot believe what a poor experience this all was. Very frustrating and sad because I lost money that I cannot really afford to lose. Proceed with caution.
