I purchased 2 first class tickets to Singapore from Iflyfirst. Overall a good experience, saved a lot vs buying it directly from Singapore Airlines. Donna was working on my flights, she was friendly and professional. She even recommended and requested special meal from book the cook menu for us. Good service.
Dmitry helped me to book three complex ticket to Australia already. He was very patience and helpful.

I am very pleased with the customer service that Dmitri provided. He is professional and quick in making a smart decisions. I called them to get me tickets to Italy. I never went there before but have heard a lot. I asked for any information they had and Dmitry gave me practically everything there was to know. I am a college student at the New York University. I was chosen, along with a group of other students, to take a trip to England and study their history of royal lineage. My parents said I probably would not be able to go because the traveling costs would be too expensive. I was so disappointed until a friend told me about IFFC.The money I saved flying with them helped me offset some of the other travel costs. It was a very exciting and educational trip, thank you IFFC for giving me the opportunity.
Who would have thought that a long, boring trip to China could actually be enjoyable? I found out that it actually can be when I flew with iffc. The environment on the plane was much more relaxed and actually felt like first class. I got to settle into a good book and the hours flew by, no pun intended. Exceptional service, I was most certainly pleased. Iffc again.
This company is truly a class act. I Fly First Class for many reasons:
A) They listened to my feedback, who else does that these days! I have flown many, many airlines and know what it is like to have your suggestions blown off by uncaring employees. IFFC actually listened to what I had to say and solved the problem.
B) They are very courteous. I had an overall excellent experience with them, especially when it came to customer service. I am an extremely picky person and hardly ever fly an airline more than once, but I will be coming back to this one for my next trip.
C) Pricing is competitive and reasonable
Finally I was able to make a trip to Spain thankfully to Alex. He found a great first class ticket for me at a great price. He is very friendly and provided me my ticket in a timely manner.
My dear great grandma is still living in Germany so I wanted to go visit her for Christmas. My family and I needed a first class flight with accommodations for my sister. Donna was able to provide everything we needed at an affordable price. I would like to say that the entire trip was very well planned and the flight was great.

My trip to Italy was anything but ordinary. First off, I did not go for pleasure. I went for a business meeting in of all placed Italy. But when duty calls it calls anywhere. I asked Dmitri to help me out because I couldn't find any flights within the next few weeks. He called me back the next day and said, "pack your bags you leave tomorrow." You can imagine my surprise that he found one that quick. I was more than happy to go and get it over with, so I left the next morning. Once on the plane I felt very comfortable. He was able to get me a flight with what must have been the friendliest crew. Everyone was making jokes and made the whole flight enjoyable. After all was said and done I didn't mind going to Italy.
As a gift for graduating college my parents told me we could go wherever I wanted. I have always wanted to go to France. I majored in French so it just seemed to fit. My friends mom went through Dmitri to book her air line tickets, so I gave him a call. He was so easy to work with I cant wait to get to France now! Thanks a lot!
I Fly First offered many reasonable prices for air fare. I wasn't really sure where I wanted to travel so I called their costumer service. It really isn't their job to help me decided where to go, their job is pretty much to help me get there. However,Donna I spoke with was more than happy to share her experience to Spain. So that is where I went. The tip was amazing and I am so thrilled I used I Fly First Class. I got an amazing experience.
