Very efficient and friendly staff. I spoke with Dimitri by phone 3 or 4 times over a 2 month period and he was always very helpful. Never pressured to buy. I purchased a first class ticket when I was able to get my affairs in order and the whole process was very easy. While the price is a little steep for me, it's still a great deal as you save more than 50% on the price of a first class ticket and a great flying experience.
This was our first experience with iflyfirstclass.com and we had a little trepidation at first. But, dealing with Dmitri was always quick and to the point. We needed a one-way flight to Tokyo and he was able to suggest to us a First Class seating on ANA rather than the Business Class tickets we had started out with, all this for a good price. After getting Dmitri's booking information, we checked to see that our booking was really on the ANA site and it was. So, we relaxed and looked forward to our one-way flight to Tokyo and it was simply terrific! We will certainly ask Dmitri to help us with our next international flights, without any trepidation this time.

Dmitry is very professional, responsive and grate to work with. He got ma grate price for my flights and when I had emergency end need it to change my date of departure, I sent him an email and on Saturday and he worked very hard to get me new flight for Monday. This was international flight to Jakarta and it is not easy to get there as is, but he was able to get me the Monday flight with all the criteria I was asking for :)

For the first time, had to search for a business class tickets online. Found a decent priced tickets. But decided to book them next day. Woke up next morning and the price went up several hundreds. While was searching for a better deal, saw this company and decided to call. The phone call was answered super quickly. The gentleman, was able to find the ticket that was priced much lower than I was able to find ever. Glad I used this service. Will definitely call again.

Well, the price was actually very reasonable /affordable, and much lower that I got from others. Seats were very comfy. Handling last minute schedule changes is not always pleasant. I would better say - it is never a pleasant challenge at all! Had to travel to Madrid for business in May. Yet, three days ago received a late evening email. Tried to book it myself. But only was able to get some pretty bad flights with red eyes and super long layovers. Then, had to act quickly and decided to call IFFC. It was a 100% right choice. Dmirty found the best flight I needed. Got the most comfortable seats and the price was very reasonable. Highly recommend!

I went in highly skeptical but service and price were great
I was planning to stay for some more nights in this wonderful city Johannesburg, but my flight situation had changed, so I had to find a last minute ticket back to states asap.
