Great and quick customer service. Great personality and attention to details. Most importantly, they saved me money. Recommend.

We usually book our business trips, but were overwhelmed and were not able to find the tickets we needed. We decided to call to IFFC and spoke with Den Kon who put together a wonderful trip for us to Europe. We went to Germany, France and Norway.

Got the most convenient layovers and transfers that we asked for. He listens carefully, comes up with interesting solutions and books great flights. Everything was awesome!

I fly first class agency was recommended to us by a colleague. For us they did an excellent job on business travel to Europe. Dmitry, who helped us, was thorough, organized and his suggestions regarding accommodations, transportation and activities were right on target.

Den is very cool at what he does. He asked me what I wanted and made sure this is a ticket I wanted, made my trip to Dubai come true! He also stayed within my budget! I would highly recommend calling him

I had to book a flight for three adults. Since everyone has their own preference it was hard to find tickets that fit everyone's needs. I emailed to Den with all the preferences like time, how long layovers should be, airline and he replied right back to me in 15 minutes later! They are quick and very nice to work with! I would recommend it to anyone who don't like dealing with the booking hassle. Prices are pretty low!

Thanks to you guys, I got the best ticket! They've helped with a complicated ticket with stays in two countries not once but twice in one country, and three times in another!

Also with relatively short layover, plus helped me to save a ton of time searching for deals.

Had to call during business hours. Got to the voicemail. While was leaving a detailed message, got the call back from Dmitry, who works here. This company does care. After the conversation, got all I needed same day.

We have been booking our travel trips with iffc for a long time. I am so glad we are still doing it! Everything is taken care of, and for much less! No doubt we will use iffc when booking our next vacation!

Have to say that all agents at IFFC are experts at what they do. Since they're travelers themselves and can suggest what to do within a country. We chose to fly to Seoul and got the best seats for the best price with great recommendations.
