I was flying on the board of Lufthansa in a first class cabin and was talking to a person in the next raw. I was frustrated how much I had to pay for my last minute flight and how airline charge ridiculous amount of money. He said he booked his flight with I Fly First Class and turned out he paid twice less than I did. I shoot this company email inquiring about my next flight and received the response while still on the plane. Now I have my dedicated agent that I work with and I think I saved a fortune in this past year.
