I like the idea of Hulu because it has more options than Netflix but there are WAY TOO MANY COMMERCIALS. 7 commercial times in a one hour show is ridiculous, that's more than you even get on T. V.

Hulu charged me for the free one week trial, so I tried to call their customer service. I was turned away without getting any actual help. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND USING HULU.

I love sitcoms, where are they, no black sitcoms a different world were on there etc no classics I use to have Hulu before I renew my subscription and it is not the same, therefore I cancelled it.

I just called Hulu to ask which plan I had since it's been several years since I sign on with them. Started out great, they asked for my name and address, standard practice. Then I was asked for my email address (thinking I'll be getting more unwanted emails) but I gave it to them. Next question was the last 4 digits of my credit card which is charged each month by Hulu,I wasn't sure which one I used but thankfully I was able to look at my last statement which hadn't been shredded yet. Okay, they have everything but my blood type so I thought I could get the name of the plan I had but nope! Now they wanted 2 shows that I watched on Hulu during the last 2 weeks, really? I was on vacation and couldn't answer that question. Next they wanted to know which devices I watched Hulu on and by now I'm mad! I said a tv (true) but they weren't happy with that. They wanted to know the brand of TV. All of this info to find out which plan I was on! I hung up and cancelled my Hulu account. Never again!

It wouldn't take my payment for a very long time and it has way too many ads, it shouldn't have any if you're paying. It's very glitchy, and I would not use it and never recommend it to anyone.

I have canceled cable and am now using Hulu for majority of my TV viewing. I do wish, however, that it would make a deal for more stations, such as BBC, AMC, etc.
