Extremely slow and unable to load live TV programs. It's easier to just watch things on my phone rather than use their service.
If it doesn't change we will cancel. Not sure how this made it out into public. Text based with super large lettering, very stupid.
I like the idea of Hulu because it has more options than Netflix but there are WAY TOO MANY COMMERCIALS. 7 commercial times in a one hour show is ridiculous, that's more than you even get on T. V.
Don't want you pushing your political agendas on myself and my family! Especially when they are full of lies from uninformed and uneducated idiots!
Customer service simply has no idea what they are doing. I have to keep re-entering my credit card or my email and password.
HULU is too Slow. The scene clips lag behind and i have to move cursor forward or backward to catch up. Very Frustrating.
Hulu charged me for the free one week trial, so I tried to call their customer service. I was turned away without getting any actual help. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND USING HULU.
I'm at my daughter house and Hulu is horrible. Buffering and error codes. She pays $70 dollars a month for this!
A Hulu account allows only one video to be streamed at a time, Doesn't get any worse than this. Stay away!
I love sitcoms, where are they, no black sitcoms a different world were on there etc no classics I use to have Hulu before I renew my subscription and it is not the same, therefore I cancelled it.
I just called Hulu to ask which plan I had since it's been several years since I sign on with them. Started out great, they asked for my name and address, standard practice. Then I was asked for my email address (thinking I'll be getting more unwanted emails) but I gave it to them. Next question was the last 4 digits of my credit card which is charged each month by Hulu,I wasn't sure which one I used but thankfully I was able to look at my last statement which hadn't been shredded yet. Okay, they have everything but my blood type so I thought I could get the name of the plan I had but nope! Now they wanted 2 shows that I watched on Hulu during the last 2 weeks, really? I was on vacation and couldn't answer that question. Next they wanted to know which devices I watched Hulu on and by now I'm mad! I said a tv (true) but they weren't happy with that. They wanted to know the brand of TV. All of this info to find out which plan I was on! I hung up and cancelled my Hulu account. Never again!
It wouldn't take my payment for a very long time and it has way too many ads, it shouldn't have any if you're paying. It's very glitchy, and I would not use it and never recommend it to anyone.
I was getting double charged for over a year and they only refunded 3 months i will never subscribe again
Cancelling. The UI for the app is terrible. Programming stinks. And rates go up 10/1/22. Enough said. Buh bye Hulu
Horrible connection. I get through 1 of every 10 tries. Then it drops connection ~ 1/2 of the time I'm watching... so that's a 5% success rate. F-
I have canceled cable and am now using Hulu for majority of my TV viewing. I do wish, however, that it would make a deal for more stations, such as BBC, AMC, etc.
Video is unreliable, it will go out for days at a time making it impossible to watch. Not the worth money you pay to have this service.
Hulu is awful! Over priced and overrated! Always losing connection and too many commercials! Even when you pay extra!
