ORDERED WEEKS AGO, THEY CHARGED MY CARD AND HAVE NOT RESPONDED TO MY INQUIRES AT ALL, I HAVE STILL NOT RECEIVED THE SHIPMENT, NO ANSWER FROM EMAILS AND MESSAGES LEFT ON CUSTOMER SERVICE PHONE NUMBER, THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM! I AM DISPUTING THE CHARGE AND I HOPE THIS SAVES OTHERS THE TROUBLE. RUINED MY KIDS BIRTHDAY AS WELL.
I purchased two hoverboards on December 2nd and still have not received them. Can not get through the phone or email. They don't answer or return your emails. Scam
Our son spent all of his money on this, he couldn't wait, yep shipping took forever, so I wrote them, then when we received it, it was scratched on top, but my son was so excited, I plugged it in knowing he would want to ride it when he got home, it charged 2 hours, he rode it, and within 5 minutes it broke. WE have been trying to get a hold of them for over a week now, they will not answer our calls, or emails, DO NOT BUY from this company!
I ordered my board on Nov. 8,2016. Money wqs deducted from my account the next day. After several emails and phone calls, I received an email stating that is was being shipped 2 days before Thanksgiving. Still nothing. I filed a complaint with the Florida District attorney as well as filed a fraudulent claim with my bank. Today I received 7 emails after I told them about the complaints. 4 emails were exactly the same, within a few minutes of each other. One said sorry for the delay and my product would be shipped. The next email stated that for some unknown reason my order wasn't processed. The next email stated my order was cancelled and my money was refunded with a copy of a cancelled invoice. Guess I'll check my bank tomorrow to see if it was actually refunded. REMEMBER, YOU ONLY HAVE 6O DAYS TO FILE A DISPUTE WITH YOUR BANK. I luckily went today. Two more days and they would not be able to help.
I've bought a hoover board in 11-22 and have not received anything. I received a tracking number and that I should have received it on Friday and have not received anything. Fedex is only showing up as label created since November and it hasn't changed! DON'T BUY FROM HERE!
My youngest son tried a hoverboard during our vacation oversees and kept saying he wants one. His brother found the great deal on hoverboarder.com and I gave it a try also because I could use paypal as a payment option. The site said 3-4 days to get it. We got the tracking number from FedEx, but nothing was changing - only the label was created. The promised day of delivery came and went - first disappointment. I contacted them by email (no answer or call back by phone) and they said it would be shipped the next day... Nothing changed and the next estimated date for delivery came and went. I contacted them again and this time they said: "if it does not ship out tomorrow... we will send you the hoverboard and refund the money". I was hoping they send it and at the same time hoping they don't;-) They did (we saw some progress on the tracking number) and we were waiting to get our hoverboard. The day came and we got two boxes. I thought: "Hm, I did not know I need to assemble it". Surprise, surprise. We got two instead of one. My oldest son was over himself and he got a great deal from his brother. Could not beat the price... and then get two. They are still the first thing they run to when they come back from school. Thank you.
PS: Please fix the shipping and handling issue - it would help your business a lot.
I received the one I ordered. Just came in pink instead of gold. It works but the charger sent with it does not seem to fit. Does anyone else have this problem?
I placed an order on 11/6 for the $399 unit. Still nothing as of today. I have left them several messages and emails. I am going to the bank today and file fraud charges to get my money back.
It has been a nightmare ordering for this company. I first had to get nasty with them in emails, because can not reach them by phone, will not answer or return call. So finally after many emails and when got fed up and asked them several times to cancel my order. And have all documents showing so. They all of suddenly sent me email saying my order would be sent out last Friday. And before that had asked them to cancel, which they totally ignored. Then sent me a email sorry for delay, but my order had already been sent. And it was, received today, only to be pissed off again. I ordered blue, and they sent black, like this is suppose to be alright. They had said in one of their emails I could return it and would be refunded 24 to 48 hours. Like I am suppose to trust what they say. Do not think so. I also noticed on packing that their address does not match what they on website. I also looked on the hover board box for company it came from, and not one. I will be going to my bank for options on what to do to get my money back, and also a attorney to get them stopped from doing this to customers, and also going to report them an having investigation done on them. I saved all correspondence. Anyone out there DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. FRAUD ALL THE WAY
This definitely a scam & the website needs shut down. They charged us for 3 hoverboards when we ordered 1 & the number is a recording & they do NOT respond to any emails!
So upset that our kids main Christmas gifts are unsafe, used, dirty pieces of junk. Will be contacting cc company as well as FL Attorney General in regards to hoverboarder.com's fraudulent business practices.
We purchased two hover boards mid November, and received them about three weeks ago. Here we are in Christmas Eve unboxing them for the first time to set out under the tree from Santa, and we find them both scratched, dirt in the wheel tread, and clearly second hand goods. One is the wrong color - apparently no matter what color you choose, they send black for both.
Seriously concerned about safety as although the website confirmed at time of purchase, there is no UL safety certificate on or in the box of this " X2 Hands Free Smart Board".
Has anyone else had any luck with getting their money back? So disappointed and don't know what we're going to tell the kids who are going to be devastated. We can't let them ride these in good conscience after reading the reviews and safety warnings posted. Shame!
They only got a 1 because there was no -100! Ordered nevered recieved the hover boards. Call millions of times emailed several times. Never get responses. Dispute it with the bank or credit card now!
Ordered hoverboard as a gift. Account was charged immediately. Said 3-5 days to ship. OK. Christmas season volume. No big deal. 10 days later no shipping confirmation recieved, and no product. No responce to repeated e-mails. Call and sent straight to voicemail. No response to messages. Then i find all the horrendous reviews within past 4-5 days. Attempted to contact a few more times. No response. Have fil3d complaint with souteast Florida Better Business Bureau and fraudutlent charge action through my bank.
Ordered a haverboard for grandchild's Christmas. Received an Invoice and notification shipping was delayed. On 11/25 received an email stating shipment was packaged and tracking numbr would be supplied in 2-3 days. Come on, THIS IS a COMPLETE SCAM SITE and I have reported ot Florida Attorney General and to Mastercard. No response to customer service calls or emails.

I ordered 1 hover board on Sunday. Checked that I only ordered 1 before confirming and completing order. I received email invoice stating I ordered 3. I then checked bank and it showed $599 pending. I have tried calling over 50 times and sent many emails asking them to cancel order and call me to order just 1 board. They do not EVER answer phones or emails. Transaction is still pending so I am hoping my bank can cancel it. Otherwise I will have to file a claim. I am single mom with 4 foster children. That money was for food, gas etc. This is causing a hardship.
I will be filing with BBB if my money isn't refunded. I do not want to purchase a hover board from them after this stressful experience. Why is this allowed to happen over and over? So, I bought 1 hoverboard last month. Called the next day, they answered and the hoverboard was shipped the following day. Not what was advertised but OK, I can live with that.
So I bought another one recently and began to tell a couple friends whose kids came over to our house to play. Well, I ordered a second board and no one answers the phone nor can returns an email. For 8 days I waited... nothing. 8 days after the order (and numerous communication attempts) I get a notification that it's shipped. Yippee! My 8 year old is ecstatic! 5 more days go by and it's not actually shipped just the shipping label was printed. So I email looking for more info. What do I get? My order canceled. So guess what, I won't be buying the two other boards from this vendor and my neighbor isn't going to buy the 4 boards she was going to place this week. Bad business. I picture some guy setting in his underwear down in his parents basement running some drop-ship website.

Ordered a board a week before. The site says same say shipping. Don't belive it! They never answer the phone and you can't contact them. It took almost two weeks to get the board. Worse company ever!
Order the boards on 11-4-16 still nothing! Called, emailed more times then can remember. Can never talk to anyone. Called the Florida attorney general's office to make a complaint.

I ordered a hover board from this company. I got the receipt and Id number but when I go back on the site i can't pull up my order and no one at this number of bussiness will answer the phone. I am looking at things to do on the web site to report them so should everyone else that does not get their merchandise. STOP This is is up to all of us to fight back. Ordered 12/01/2016 monies from my account was 12/02/2016 a Xmas present. There is a site that you can report which i suggest all to do if you haven't received anything its called Cyber crime FBI IC3.gov file a complaint for those that haven't gotten their merchandise. Also if you put on credit card file a dispute complaint with your card company.
Update written 12/26/2016 Sadly to say the site is now closed down. Hoping they were closed down they are a Scam and sale of unsafe boards please write to all the above mentioned and I feel Google needs to screen business set up on here better report to Gov is the only way to stop this Scam stuff they shouldn't be allowed to do a business on here without a check for being legit.
I called my card service and disputed the charge never got item. Eventually went to Fry; s Atlanta and purchased in person safe board a bit more but is the only option I had to get one safely. Best of luck to all but do make complaints an shut these scammers down.

I confirmed the empty lot when I called the Miami Police Dept and the city of Miami business authority... There are over 80 complaints at the BBB this month alone about this fraudulent company. His name is Jimmy Temkin and he is doing business under many other company names using the same address that does not exist. FIle a complaint with your bank and cancel any cards u gave them so they don't charge it again
