This is the second time I have ordered from Houseoffilters. They are very quick to deliver and have ndver had a problem with the filters. Will deffinetly keep ordering from them for sure. Our #1 Filter source.

Good, cheap filters. They do their job well. I have had one water filter that leaked, probably an o-ring issue. Not worth fussing over for the price of one filter. Great buy!

Very pleased with your product. I can tell when is time to change the filter. Water taste refreshing.

I'm a bit scared to use the filters that were sent. The directions seem complicated. I like the old ones that you just push in. Now you have to turn something and do something else... I"m worried these will be difficult, although I haven't tried one yet. I had to tape the instructions to one of them for fear if I lost the directions I wouldn't know how to install them. :(

Good service however did not receive my full order and had to pay Canadian tax on this order and did not pay tax on my last order. Will be contacting the company about there messup.

You don't find made in usa much anymore these days... and a great price. I'm a customer for life. Last Chinese filter I purchased smelled bad.

I ordered by serial number and got the wrong filter. Need to exchange for correct filter. Can you send me the infoEmotion to process exchange. If return and reorder I can do. Just need to know how to proceed.
