Amazing customer service with exchanging a dress. They knew I needed the smaller size quickly before my event and sorted everything out for me, with quick replies and deliveries.
Terrible company. Dresses are nice yes but the whole returns policy is shocking and not worth the hassle of buying from them. I bought a dress for £150 which was previously £200. Because it was in the sale I cannot get a refund, only store credit or an exchange. This is ridiculous considering that I spent so much money on the dress regardless, and nothing on their website is cheap. People can't help it if the item doesn't fit- that is all part of online shopping. Yes they do warn you that certain items can't be returned or can only be refunded with store credit but this policy is shocking regardless.
If it was £20 that I had in store credit that is fine, but they are effectively forcing you to buy other items with them because they keep your money. This is a really shady tactic and not something I would expect from such an expensive boutique company.
Not worth your time - I would give 0 stars if I could. I don't want other people to fall into the same trap that other people have already.
I would like to share my experience, I was afraid to order it after reading reviews here, but dresses are beautiful, quality is amazing, sizes are true to size based on their table size guide, and I haven't have a problem with them answering my messages or tracking my package.
So I order one floral long dress with size S, and white dress with adjustable corset size M (just because I read reviews). Honestly I wish to have both of them in size S, but white dress has adjustable corset which saved the situation.
Dresses don't have any smell, they are clean, quality amazing, harnesses don't fall.
So in reality I am very happy that I made my order and did not pay attention to the reviews. Because I guess it's hate reviews or somebody somehow got bad experience. But everything that I read here was untrue to my experience.
And by the way I did my order to Colombia to Chia. And I got my order in 3 business days. That is wow!
So if somebody have doubts if to order it, for sure do that. All my family loved the way I look in dresses and how they look.
Primark is better quality! Dont expect to keep the item for too long, it will ripp off immediatly after you wear it.
And you will never get a refund, once they have your money, they keep it!
The company is registered in Honk Kong, they dont care about trading standards, its a DROPSHIPPING business, where the owner mark up clothes prices to 200%!
Sent the wrong style and size and took 2 months to give me a return label. Sent it back and they never returned my money. Product was not AT ALL as advertised.
The dresses fit my body perfectly, enhance my curves and at the same they're super comfortable and easy to wear. You'll find a dress for every occasion and be sure you'll have everyone's eyes on you

I see your reviews and I can understand why the ratings are low because I've ordered before and I have to say, I like ordering from eBay "House of CB USA" I have a great experience but I also did online store purchase and tried to do an exchange, this took place about a month ago. I have never had such a bad experience by a person who did nothing but yell, and dare to tell me that's too bad we can't do anything, she was so unprofessional and very loud that I stopped ordering directly from the online store. I do order from EBay, the items may have faults but because of the great customer service I keep coming back for more orders. Customer service and professionalism is very important whether I could get the exchange or not I would have understood, but this questions how or what type of people House of CB USA is hiring
I ordered a body suit and it fit, so I removed the tags and wore it. By the time I got home, the collar was coming apart from the shirt. I sent it back and they resewed it in a crappy way. THen the bodysuit ripped apart again the ext time I wore it. I returned it again, and they sent me a new one. Guess what, it ripped the first tie I wore it again. They refuse to give me a refund and keep sending my garbage bodysuits. I shop online a ton, and have many other bodysuits, never have I encountered such a low quality product or horrible customere service policies.
I bougth three tops at once in promotion. All three of the same size. Just one match! Two others were too small or too big. I use a size table on homepage and order 3 xs tops. One of them was much too small the other too big. I wanted to retrun items and change them for matching size. There were no possibility becaus items were in promotion. Usually you have 14 days of retrun period granted by EU but HouseofCB is no subject of EU law. They can do whatever they want.
Be careful! I do not recommand this page.

If you have to return something, you will never ever get your money back you will only get a gift note. I am currently in communication with trading standards as the website is deceptive. Designed in London but head office is HongKong! Nothing about the website indicates HongKong.- email communication is terrible and I would imagine customers only buy once- NEVER BUY FROM THIS SHOCKING DISHONEST WEBSITE
Despite of the bad reviews I saw with this shop, I still gave it a shot and did not regret it! The dress perfectly fitted my body. Will order again for my next event!

LOL no hunty is not a joke! This company sucks in measurement. Apparently they don't know how to measure properly. Their clothes don't fit according the measurement size.
Bought my girlfriend a dress from houseofcb as a gift, she's over the moon. Was kinda skeptical when I read the reviews from here but hey, she absolutely loved it. Size fits well, fast delivery and will deff buy again! Like the title suggest, HAPPY GIRLFRIEND, HAPPY LIFE!
I purchased a Kalani Jumpsuit in XS Back in July. After putting it on to go out to dinner some 40 minutes after i received it my partner noticed that the stitching on the back seem had completely unravelled. I emailed house of CB immediately and was asked to send it back for a replacement or refund and that's exactly what i did the next day (at my own cost) well its now almost September. A few emails back and forth where I was repeatedly told "management were looking at it" and then radio silence. I actually wanted a replacement not the refund but I've received nothing. So house of CB are quite happy to take your money and then scam you.
For over $100 AUD you think it would be a quick fix but no-NOT WITH THIS LOT! BEWARE OF THEM! OH AND DONT BELIEVE THEIR "ATTEMPTS ON SOLVING THE PROBLEM" ON HERE, THEY WONT, THEY WONT ACTUALLY HELP YOU AT ALL
The choices on this shop are always unique and different that usually give you that air of class. It always saves me time whenever I buy my things from this store. The staff are also very helpful.
I bought a dress for a party which cost £79.00 but their staff is so incompetent they sent me a wrong color and caused huge disappointing because I could not attend the partyI have been waiting to go to, there is no free returns service so I had to pay £11.00 for postage fee for a mistake I haven't made and its now almost 6 weeks and I still have not received my refund. I have tried to speak to a manager numerous time via email but they ignore my request EVERY TIME. IT WAS MY FIRST AND THE LAST TIME BUYING FROM THEM.
I ordered a size Small top based off their size guide chart and the item I received was 10 inches smaller than their website said. A size small bust should be 34-36.5 inches per their site, yet the top I got was 24". It literally could fit a 12 year old child. I was appalled and emailed the company right away with photos for proof and an entire explanation. Long story short, they are still making me buy my OWN shipping return label for an item they sent that was not true to size. Their site also states "Item runs true to size chart and is cut to suit our size chart. Please refer to our size chart for the best fit. Do not size up or down." I just don't understand if I ordered correctly based off THEIR size chart, after they guaranteed it's so run true to their chart, and I received an item completely wrong then described, why I would pay to have the item returned to them. The representative helping me in the email literally replied with "we do not offer return labels, sorry!" I was left speechless. I would understand if these clothes were cheap, but they're not. I just feel so scammed and I feel like there's nothing I can do about it.
