I was initially a bit reluctant to book via online. But the price was cheap, and the the process was easy and seamless! (no registration etc required). Once booked I received my confirmation email (now I've received a follow up to see whether I have received the confirmation email)
To answer your survey question: Yes, I received a confirmation FROM HOTELWIZ, but I DID NOT FROM THE HOTEL. So not sure why you want me to indicate I received a confirmation, and thus won't technically know if I'm good to go with my hotel stay through this reservation process until I attempt to check in at the hotel. The hotel I reserved told me when I arrived that it was $336 for my stay. Hotelwiz charged me $419.
I know service fees apply but that's a 25% increase. No flights etc. wow. The other sites have never charged that much! I called to ask about it and they told me that that's how it is. DON'T USE THIS SITE!
