I really appreciated the time and effort given in helping me find an affordable hotel. I've never traveled to Massachusetts before, and the lady who spoke with me on the phone was incredibly helpful and supportive, and made me laugh!

The hotel I wanted for a conference was all sold out. The sister hotel also said sold out in the website which means I would have to drive 20 minutes to and from the conference. I called the sister hotel spoke with Lauren who stated they had rooms available and she booked me with the discounted rate! I'm so happy now when I want a break from the conference I walk across the street and I'm there. Perfect

Called for a room at her hotel & they were booked but she immediately checked the area & found us one of the last rooms in town, booked it over the phone & we arrived with a hotel room within the hour. She was our hero! Thank you from your friends from Northern Michigan

This person misrepresented himself, led me to believe I was booking directly with LaQuinta. Overcharged me by $54 dollars. I asked why he was charging me $150 for a $96 room, he said prices vary. He said I had to pay immediately because I was booking for today, then had me key in my credit card number and expiration date. He asked me not to key in my CVS code on the back of the card, but instead read it to him. Now I've got to cancel this card because I don't know if it's compromised. I thought I was talking to a LaQuinta representative. Worse yet, when I got to the hotel I had difficulty checking in because they wanted me to pay them for a "prepaid room ". That was only when I learned I booked through a third party. Totally misled!
Agent did an amazing job. Got mr the room I needed at a fair price. I haf a room in another hotel but wanted this one. Was booked before but agent got me a room that got cancelled.

I thought she talked too fast. I wanted park, sleep and fly and she talked me into booking only the rooms and said I could get the 10 days parking parking at the hotel. I wanted it all together to make sure we got the parking. I said it was cheaper if I booked it all online and she said she gave me the cheapest price. But it's not. She should have told me to call the hotel, which is who I thought I called so I could do it all together. Not happy.
I requested a rate for the block of rooms for Sister's Scrapbooking which I told the agent is $90. I thought the total she gave me was high. She said the with $90 a night is including all taxes and fees. I just got my confirmation email and she charged me $141 a night! What a scam! I'm so pissed. I'll be getting some money back one way or another!

Lady was nice but felt like I was being rushed a little when asking questions. I'm very southern and older. She wasn't southern or slow talking so hard to understand someone talking fast. But when I asked her to repeat she would slow down. I would never want an employee reprimanded but she just needs to slow down a little. Lol

Answer: I attempted to email, submitted a support request, called numerous times, requested call backs (received 0), attempted to chat and was continuously ignored or "disconnected", never once reaching anyone that would or could help me. Customer Service at HotelPlanner is nonexistent.
Answer: HP's staff is full of deceitful and despicable liars. Do not use HP for planning any trips if you wish to have smooth, happy travels.
Answer: Just do not use! HP is awful and they will spoil your travel plans!
