Reservation was easy to make. Neal was very pleasant. I was not asked about reason for stay or given any information on medical or aarp discounts—any discount information would have been nice.

I asked if this was a third party reservation. Julio said NO! So he lied! When I checked in they said I booked through Expedia. The rate is higher than their website. Now I understand why he gave a discount when I questioned the rate and said I would just do it online. I paid more than I should have. Shame on you!
