I have been using Hostinger for multiple sites over 5 years now. I have never had any issues with them. Their load speed has improved over the years, and any criticisms I once had have already been handled by the service upgrades they have provided over the years. Tech support is fast and friendly. There are always deals on the mainpage that are great if you just do the 4 year hosting plan.
Extremly better hosting service and customer support and have been so pleased with the service. Website management service is a bit more than I imagined. I love about Web Hosting service of hostinger is that someone is always at the ready to help me.
My several sites are going down again again again. Customer support staff says that there is malware and the Hosting team is working on checking and removing the malware. Unfortunately, this situation is continuous for the last 3 weeks. We are ruined because they do not hire or retain good security staff and Hosting is failed to get the sites disinfected durin the last two weeks.

27 of September I mailed to HOSTINGER abuse hotmail after I found my Coinsphere wallet cleared of funds and complained about a company Rex Wealth Recovery (unregistered and unlicensed) that lured me in opening a wallet t to recover lost funds to it but since there is HOSTINGER policy on data protection I am unable to obtain required data of Rex Wealth Recovery to report them to authorities.
Since my reporting through mail however I did not receive even an acknowledgement neither a ticket to taking care of my case after three days.
To follow up my mail I have sent three times to HOSTINGER their own form about inappropriate content but simply again left without any response.
Well it is a strange and lousy attitude hardly met and seen even in post-communist countries where I live. I do not know what they want to achieve with that, certainly they do not offer helping hands to victims or they are only money collectors no matter what.

I have bought 4 years plan. After 3 months, they have suspended my account and even not provided me backup of my sites. Very bad expect with them. Don't waste your time and money on them.

Facing 524 error, after opening 10 pages at a time
Service was OK for a few months, most of the tech support requests were answered with "Here is a page how to do it, do it yourself". Lucky I was able to make my own changes.
We host reviews to businesses and people who work for government and the courts.
A dishonest party did not like that we listed their work info (which we copied from their work website)
Thus the dishonest party claimed we posted "private info of a person" to our pages (untrue, in fact this info is all over Google with Google reviews.
We sent screenshots and links to where this info was copied from
However Hostinger ignored us, did not respond, they just suspended our account, this happened several times for 2 domains, all the same complaint and issues. They claimed we violated their TOS and pointed to "terror" as what we did to this person.
We had no choice but to move our sites and domains, where "the next host had no problem". I think part of the problem is Hostinger staff have poor English ability so they did not understand what they were told and instead of trying to understand they just agreed with the dishonest party and suspended their own customers account.
We have written several emails and messages to ask for a refund for the unused services but they ignore us and come back with silly, "you are right" but we did what he had to do BS.
While they get most of their clients from low balling low prices, the custom Cpanel set up is a nightmare and used to stop you from migration away from them. Things are not in normal places and it's over complicated not better than Cpanel.

I purchased hosting in January 2023. Migration was very quick. Hosting is fast (faster than two previous providers).
However, customer service sees you talking to numerous people as each reply is answered by another Hostinger employee and not all of them are as consistent or clued up as they might be.
The worst is the Finance Team and billing issues. Despite them agreeing the amount charged was incorrect they refused to refund the error. Instead, assuring me that it would be correct next time it was billed!
What was a good initial experience is now a bad one.
Be very careful about charges. Check and check again and take screenshots as Hostinger's Finance Team don't do refunds. Once they have your money its gone. I found out too late.

Its a very good platform, I have managed to create my wordpress website and its now live. It was so quick and easy to set up everything.
I'm also impressed that the database doesn't crush as it was with the other providers.

Doesn't have a call centre. Cannot talk to any executive, only via Email, Explaining over Email becomes very difficult at times, so have to shift to other provider for support. Need a help desk where we can talk over call, explain they our issued & get the solution.

Hostinger has really affordable prices and is a great place to host a custom site. I previously had a Virtual Private Server with another company, which due to the moving of some projects, became overkill for the Drupal website I had. I found Hostinger and it worked perfectly! I was able to easily copy over my database and website files, getting my site moved over and running within a day. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who needs a place to host a custom built website.
