We bought a kitchen island light which looked gorgeous on their website. Unfortunately, it had a minor damage so we needed to return it. My husband contacted them numerous times, we sent pictures, but still no resolution of the problem after a week of going back and forth. They were very generous by offering us 10% discount for future purchases (this is the last company we would consider to buy something else after such "a great experience"), so we respectfully declined it and insisted on returning a damaged item. No response since then.
Will report them to BBB and have to file a claim with my credit card company if they don't return my money.
We should have checked other reviews before buying from them, it's our fault….

Reviews on the Homary site are fake. My negative review was never shown. These products are the same cheaply made garbage you would find in Chinatown. Do not buy unless you want to throw away your money like I did.

Company fools you into thinking products are made locally but instead are made in China. The directions came in Chinese and for the wrong product. I had to drill my own holes for pieces to fit. I left a negative review on site but they do not post them. They only post positive reviews to deceive other buyers. Wasted money on an uncomfortable couch and return policy is rediculous. Do yourself a favor and check other reviews for the site before purchasing any product from them.
Homary's sectional sofa exceeded my expectations! The premium velvet upholstery is not only visually stunning but also incredibly soft and easy to clean. The firm cushioning provides excellent support, making it the ultimate lounging spot in my living room.
I had ordered a beautiful chandelier from Homary which had dysf LED light. Flickering. Homary decided to ship a new one for us.

I did 2 payments and bought 3 items and 2 items. With all my items I had a problem. More likely they are spam. They lied about product when I communicated through via mail. They did not want to refund me for few items. The lamp was with defect they did not want me to return they convinced me to fix it and promised me to send a part which came in 1.5 months later and it had defect also I could not assemble. I bought chair and it should be delivered within 3-5 days. It did not happen yes it already 2 weeks. I asked where is my chairs they lied to me. They told me I have to connect to FedEx but really was they created label and never sent to FedEx. They still did not refund me for the chair I applied for refund more then 1 week ago. I got one item which was not broken. It look ok but it very cheap. I would not recommend it you. Please, fine someone else to buy from. Ive previously purchased products from Homary and loved them. They were prompt in shipping and their quality was excellent. Recently I bought this desk:https://bit.ly/3ZiRDmA. It requires a drill to put it together as it does not have pre-drilled holes or marks to make assembly simpler.(Image 3 no drill) The top is a glossy white and is chipped (Image 1). Clearly it will be marked and scratched within days. In addition, a foot stabilizing base is missing (image 2). Homary support as been proactive but it is clear they do not want me to return the item or process a refund. I am working with them on a resolution. The product itself had 5 stars and a 130 reviews on their website. Im waiting to see if my 1 star review will be published. It is a beautiful desk but if I cannot use the top without scratching it easily perhaps they should sell it with a glass top?
Sofa sleeper was $1700 and worth less than $300! They charged me to have it delivered and take away the boxes (debris) as they call it! Then said 24hrs later that I could not return this couch! …. Because i did NOT have the box? Super rude customer service! Obviously a scam company! Do NOT buy anything from them! You will regret it!
