Getting really tired of the lack of creativity with H&M clothing. I wish they would experiment more with pattern and design, rather than adhering to their basic and boxy looks. Nothing is flattering. Kind of in the same category as Old Navy rather than carrying themselves as an icon in the fashion industry.
I needed basic t-shirts to the garden, and work in the yard, so they'll work just fine. They could be longer in length, but no worries. I just need something that is 100% cotton so it breathes. Works for my purpose.
I when to Essence Festival in New Orleans, Louisiana. And when to H&M for some shopping. Great sales by the way! But when I went to check out the sale person ask would I like to purchase a bag for $.10 to put my items in? I said excuse me? She said yes ma'am as of June 15? H&M stated changing TEN cents to put your purchase in. What are our taxes paying for? And why is the price that we are paying for clothes is not covering the price of a bag to put your purchase of your items?
What a huge disappointment on H&M customer service. I always love this brand for affordable prices and cute stuffs. This is 1st ever happened to me when ordering from them. On Nov 27, I ordered 4 items with the total 46. Something, and they already CHARGED my card. On Nov 30, I got an email from them which said one of my items was out of stock, so they canceled it out of the shipping. Therefore, my new total was 36. Something. 3 days later, I haven't received a refund from them. I tried to email and call them but no responses. I now decide to give up bc $10 isn't too big to make a mess. However, just disappointed on my fav brand ab their customer service.
I received a jacket for Christmas and needed a smaller size. Unfortunately they did not have one. I did not have time to shop the store as I am going on vacation the next day for 3 weeks. I
The gift receipt was with the jacket I returned and they told me they don't give store credit and that I had to do an even exchange. Well I could not find anything at the moment and asked the manager why give a gift receipt then if I can't have $ or store credit. She could not and did not answer me and walked away. I guess this is why I never shop your store! Oh! And all your cashiers including the manager all hate their job, and it shows!
H&M has the worst customer service possible. From its robo chat to live chat they do anything to discourage cancellations. I've been waiting 3 weeks for an order that hasn't even left the warehouse. They say it will be at least 10 more days. Apparently they don't do cancellations. I also called their customer service. After 20 minutes on hold they hung up.
First of all, they write that a 20% rebate will be applied if you buy 80$ or +, I just realised that the rebate is 15% on my order, not 20%.
Also, I shopped 2 days before the yearly loyaly membership points reset. I didn't realise that the points would reset, nor that it was that time of the year LOL. They are telling me that they cannot give me my points now because of the reset when I just bought for 1000$+ clothes. I called multiple times and spoke to 3 different customer service reps just to get hung up on. One of them didn't even know about the points rewards.
Do yourself a favor and avoid shopping at H&M. Unless of course you like headaches and drama.
I love h&m. But until recently had not used their online shopping. And i'm glad I didn't as I would have been put off! Have never known such a large company take sooooo long to ship clothes lol! I'm talking 2 weeks which i guess is understandable if they did not have warehouses in the uk! I had overlooked this and ordered on a second occasion but then the coat saga! I ordered a coat early Oct as it was getting cold, a lovely pink fluffy one and when I placed my order at no point was told it was "out of stock" until i saw on my invoice an estimated delivery date and it was just over a month after I placed my order. I have now received my coat which is far far to big and baggy for me but after the saga of getting it for me(my partner paid) I am keeping it as cant deal with any more time in the cold british winter cold! Lol H&M love your clothes you are great value for money but you online shopping is terrible lol absolutely terrible.
I usually just buy stuff straight from the store because online orders never turn out the way I see them in the picture online. Not too bad of quality here but it's not what they show online is what shows up at your door.
I am rating with one star for cloth quality but regarding staff, it's less than 0. Really bad experience from H&M Ahmedabad Satellite store. I am really disappointed from one sales person whose name is Anil regarding bad behaviour, and very unprofessional behaviour by that staff person. My son age is 2 years. And we are waiting for fitting room with long queues and long period for that and that time my son just play with stool. Anil has to take a jerk stool from my little son. And then I complain for the same, he was angry with bad language. So I am really feel bad experience. Just I want to suggest to authorized person, staff should be supportive for customers, But it's not in ahmedabad store.
H&M used to be a good company in terms of prices as the quality was always low/medium and used to cater lower end of the market. Because of these prices sales increased many foods. Prices were always matching to the quality standards. Products were made mainly in china, Bangladesh, Pakistan, turkey and some other countries 6 to 8 years back.
Now Rs totally Bangladesh show. Cheaper and poor quality stuff. Msometimes styles and quality is also reasonable but prices have been increased many fold which do not fit under their banner. It's better to come back to their originality as far as prices are concerned
DO NOT ORDER ONLINE! The store will not accept the return if you order online. Apparently their computers won't allow it. It's 2018 H&M programmers, get with it. How can your computers not be linked? Instead, you have to return the item by mail and they will deduct $4.99 before they refund you your money.
Also, be aware that you ONLY HAVE 30 DAYS to return your item. I ordered some pants in different colours to be sent to my daughter who is going to university in Montreal. Her birthday was November 3, and she received the parcel a day or two in advance (to be opened on her birthday). She chose which colour she wanted, and then brought me the other two pairs when she came back to Ontario December 1st so that I could return the unwanted colours. Past 30 days, no returns.
I am boycotting H&M. They have to realize that, in this day and age, customer service makes the world go around. Their service is terrible.
I ordered some clothes 7 days ago. I paid extra shipping so that I would get it quicker. And my items are not even ready to be delivered yet! No telling when I will get them. Also I got charged twice! Apparently this is standard practice. So say you spend 100.00 online. They will deduct 200.00 from your account. But no worries the money will go back in your account in a week or so according to Customer Service. Oh and I might get my package next week. It's all just up in the air right now. But no worries because "they understand your frustration." Except they really don't care. They don't care that your on a tight budget but you decided to treat yourself on this rare occasion and it backfired and they have now overdrafted your account. Which you've never overdrafted before because you keep track of every dollar you spend. Except noone told you that you'd have to pay twice for items that never got delivered. So now your screwed. My advice is to never ever order from this store.
Had to go to field meeting after work. Messy engineering, photo, down in the mud type. Didn't have time to go home and change out of my suit; so bought a pair of cargo pants and Tshirt from H&M during lunch. Wow, they were cheap, and they lasted all of 4 hours and 22 minutes. Think the mud was holding the seams together. Oh well, what do you expect from an $11.00 pair of pants and a $ 5.00 tshirt. Not my first choice for non field meeting clothes.
I ordered from you on May 4th and two weeks after that I got an email that the package was lost and a refund is coming.
Since then there is no refund and no other messages about this matter. This situation is unacceptable, and needless to say outrageously unprofessional. I don't think I've ever experienced this with other providers.
Nothing in this store is true to size! Would not suggest ordering offline. I caught a sale and bought 4 pairs of jeans and 2 sweaters. Nothing fit! I wear the same size in all other stores but here my jeans were too small and sweaters were too big. What a disappointment. Thankfully you can do in store returns
I love their clothes but today i had to write a review because 2 of their employees tagged team on me saying that their 20% off sale is only for 3 or more items when one of them said its 2 or more. I had to wait in line for like 10 minutes or so cos they only had 1 cashier working and guess what they told me i cant avail 20% off on 2 items. It just ruined my day and sorry for my bad english. If youre gonna buy to h&m make sure to know how much their prices are actually are and if its on sale because half the time you shop you will find yourself confused just like me. From then on i just lost my appetite going to that certain store. Thank you H&m employees, i just hope you guys had a little love and care for your customers.
I ordered a pair of jeans on 9/7/20 and it has been 10 days now and they keep sending me an email that shipment is delayed. I did more research and they were having shipment problems way back in 2018 and are now using Covid19 as an excuse. I ordered clothes from unknown websites during pandemic and received them in couple of days, for a billion dollar company unable to deliver on time to customers is poor business. I will never order from them again. The
I have a little possibility in order to mention my thought about rising of quality. All of you are great team! You create a fashion closes for girls which price is very loyal. But I think you should be attend more time to improvement in quality of fabrics. Thank's!
Me and my daughter shopped on Cyber Monday 2016 at H&M. We ordered sperately and today it's Dec/7/2016 and We have not received the items yet. The tracking number gives no information except shipped.
Very disappointed as my family shops a lot from H&M. And we never faced this kind of problem before.
