An intuitive website. I mean the navigation, there are several section where you can either check samples and templates, or just build CV/Cover Letter/Resume on your own.
I don't use it very frequently, I just used it once, to be sincere, but it seems to be a good option if you want to make potentialy employers stunned. Remember that not only information given in Resume is useful for employers, some pay attention even to the design. That is why it's better to choose templates properly.

Wish I knew it costed money before I spent all that creating the resume. Other than that, this service helped me organize my work history, which was something I was worried about and stressed over. Very easy to use and the customization tools for formatting were simple and looks great.

With a help of this service I have managed to create a tailored resume. Their templates are pretty handy in this regard, as they have allowed me to underline all strong sides as a professional, and, actually, building a resume has never been so easy.
I'm now seeking a workplace, and I'm sure that after the potential employer will review my resume, they will make a right decision.

This is a great service for someone like myself. Not knowing where to start with my resume after working for the same employer for 6 years. I like how this service gives assistance throughout the resume writing and also advice of what words to use.

Fantastic resume builder. The sample prompts/bullets are catered to the job title you pick, which helps give great starting points to express the details of work you've performed without getting too far into the weeds. Great looking, professional templates for any kind of job application.

Your format is not user friendly. I had a great deal od difficulty migrating through the program and when I contacted three representatives they were not very helpful and were visibly annoyed with me.

It is false advertising because you are led to believe that the whole process is free only to find out you have to pay before you can download your resume. I also had to do more formatting and deleting because information was in the wrong place even after editing before downloading.

Don't appreciate clicking on something that states free and then being charged at the end. Wouldn't even mind paying the few dollars but you automatically lock us in for long term if we do not respond in 14 days. Just does not seem like a very honest way to do business. Also tried to reach out to your 24/7 support and go a voice mail.

I thought it was free at first so that was irritating. To do all that work and then basically have no choice but to pay or else it'd be a waste of time, maybe show that at first. However, it was cheap and I'll pray you don't steal my info because I don't want to have to file a report. Overall though, super helpful.

Comprehensible layout, easy to use, but monetization of the product is far too vague. Still unsure if I will be charged another $25 for my single resume after the 14 day trial even if I cancel before, but I suppose I will figure that answer out in about two weeks.

Being upfront about the fact there is a cost to download what you make would be good. I'd be fine with paying a small fee to use this service even on a one-off basis. I do not like being confronted with a price unexpectedly, even if the service is otherwise good, and I will be warning others about this.

Being unable to manually change the font size in the e-mail field so it doesn't line-break would be highly appreciated.
