I thought the template was free but it's not. I had already completed the fields so I wasn't going to waste my time doing another.

You shouldn't make us have to sign up for a subscription, we should be able to just pay for the resume and not have to cancel anything after.

Not happy to find out that there is a fee after the fact. Couldn't find any links or prompts for the Basic account that is supposed to be free.

Resume builder is intuitive in some ways, but clunky in others. Auto-capitalizes somethings with "at" in the title which shouldn't be capitalized.

I wasn't made aware that I would have to pay for this. $2.80 isn't a lot, but it would have been nice to know.
To clarify, Megan, we offer two types of accounts, the first one being a basic access account that gives you the chance to try out our builder before deciding to purchase our premium features, this account allows you to download a plain text version completely free. We also provide a full access account for a small fee that grants you 14-days to print, email, or download your documents using our copyrighted templates, but these features are NOT listed within the free account.

Thought the builder was a great platform, a bit disappointed that their wasn't a free trial for a week, but 2.80 for 2 weeks wasn't a horrible option
