Hily is a dating app with great features. You won't regret investing your time into this app. I know people are generally skeptical about in-app purchases but they are worthwhile in Hily. If you purchase Hily premium you will get tons of other users in no time! Would highly recommend
I think the app is a good idea, although it is true that it is very similar to other applications that exist to flirt. The bad thing about this app is that if you don't pay to see who has given you a heart you can't see it and really the app is worthless if you don't pay. I think it would be nice if they took that off, so they could see who liked me.

It feels very buggy, the UI is quite clunky and unresponsive, the matching itself is fine but I see people reporting it has some bugs too, I didn't check it myself since my girlfriend would kill me haha, overall I wouldn't use this app, from the beginning it is already seen it needs a complete UI and design overhaul. There are way better apps of the same kind which are more popular and are way easier and funner to use, this one has no special features therefore it needs to get a lot better.

Overall the app seems decent to me, it's probably great if you're premium, but as a free user it's just not worth it.
Besides having problems both with geolocation, such as not being able to verify my phone number and several crashes and some lag in certain areas such as Live and when trying to upload a new photo to your profile. What got me out of the experience is that, as a free user you can hardly do anything, it's a bit irritating, and if you're still going to swallow the ads with so many limitations, at least have the option to view ads for the purpose of getting reversions or even some visualization of who gave you like. It's not worth using it for free when you have so many other free options.

Additionally, you should have a daily roulette that gives you free premium features each day. As for other issues that you had with the app such as phone number verification, and issues with uploading photos, please be sure to contact our in-app live support chat, and an agent will promptly contact you to help resolve these issues.
I was amazed by the number of question I got asked and in some cases, how amateur the flow looks like, like why do you ask me for my gender if I just approved to provide it from facebook? Or in some cases, I could see a picture, but couldn't see the actual title of the answer - the guessing game made the process really long!
While we're at it, how come by the end of the process, I don't get any explanation about the user interface and how to proceed? I found it odd for example to be required to set a distance but not set a location first... does 150 KM from anywhere in the world sounds valuable information?
And final point - I really lost trust in the app, once I've been poped up to set a paid trial, and after ignoring it, within a few minutes, I got an option for a free 3 days trial. Please make up your mind - is it important to have me pay first and then see potential matches, or first experience the app and then have it?

I would like to clarify that you do not need to set your location, because it is done automatically through your phone’s location services. Additionally, generally the app offers you the free trial first, and once you have used it already, then you are offered a subscription. Since you had some issues with the registration process, it is possible that the app was not installed correctly, and reinstalling would have potentially solved some of the issues you faced in the app.
I heard about the app from friends, and I was really excited to give it a try. But just after installing it, and creating an account, it shows me "Your account has been disabled" with a list of 7 possible reasons. I don't know why they don't precise the reason! And why I can't contact support directly the support team from the app!

I've been streaming on Hily non-stop, and I really like the leaderboards that show your progression as you get new viewers and more and more people start enjoying your content. There isn't much to say about this app that hasn't already been said. Very unique features, and the people are just amazing. Obviously, there can't be an app without any creeps or weird people, but thank god you can just block them in seconds. You can tell just by using the app for a few hours that it really is veery good

To say the dating app market is oversaturated is an understatement. Hily is a gem and should get more appreciation than it already has. There was a time when I had an issue with my location being displayed incorrectly, but the support team helped me with my problem very promptly. Very personal, and very nice to use. Loving it!

The app needs More free Features if this wants to stand a chance against other existing Dating Apps, Availability for other Countries, and limited notifications. You can't really do anything if you do not pay the premium because the ads are very annoying!

I had to delete the app as it didn't allow me to upload a photo from my gallery. I redownload it and I was glad that it remembered my name however it asked all the questions again such as level of education, field of work. Etc. And also when I went to the filters section it doesn't allow me to readjust the search radius. :( I'm not sure if I'll continue using the app.

While the app appears to be easy to use and allows for some simple navigation, the only draw back I see is the pricing. For example, they only premium options, 1 week, 3 months, or 1 year. With each option, it appears that there is no difference between them other than what is paid for. The same amount of features are viewed and accessible not matter the tier that is selected.
The other item from pricing that seems to be option to use certain features that if you choose not to get the premium that you can pay for them individually. While I can see the tiered section of how much to access on each feature, it would also seem like a good match to combine some of the features as they go hand in hand with each other in most cases, like unbluring and chat requests.

This app has a really nice looking UI- very different from others I have seen which is a good change. However, there really does not seem to be mischievous that sets this apart from other dating apps.

The app interface is user friendly and quite different to competitors, it is set out quite well and I really like the fact that you have to have a profile picture in order to see the pictures of other profiles.
However, the one word i would use to describe the app is - overwhelming. There is a lot going on and the in app notifications flashing across the screen every few minutes is very distracting and makes the experience slightly more difficult. The pop-up notifications are one issue I found, but I also found that there was a lot of functionality listed on the app, i. E. live stream, stories, visitors, likes. The page is bombarded with information which i believe could be compartmentalised and combined to clean up the UI and make the user experience slightly cleaner. The overwhelming nature of the app makes me want to spend less time on it.
I think the verification process should also be mandatory, it seems as though it is optional, I have had my account for a little while now and I see the option to verify but it hasn't made me do it. This makes me weary of the other profiles that i see aren't verified.
I also only use dating apps that let me specify religious preferences, I am not a fan of the fact that it isn't one of the preferences questions asked when you create the app - If i was using this app, this would be something that would put me off the app,
The amount of likes you get once you get started seems very unrealistic and high - it may be true, but it doesn't feel like it is. The idea of being swarmed by bots the minute you sign up isn't very attractive in an app.

I downloaded the App to try something new, especially during these Covid times. The first impression was very good but after the registration you see the full price list and 229€ for a dating app is way too expensive. Furthermore after every 5-10 swipes you got an ad about the premium version.
