So far so good they looked great an sounded great was wanting to know what was the best amp I should get to get the best performance out of them with out putting to much so I don't blow them

I looked online for factory-style replacement speaker for an easy swap-out on my 98 Ford pickup. I found HiFi Sound Connection, purchased 4 speakers with factory adapters at a very reasonable price. I'm completely satisfied.

Terrible customer service. SERIOUSLY, read the above reviews. All of this is the truth. I bought speakers for my Tacoma that said they were a "direct fit OEM replacement." These did not fit my truck and neither did the wiring harness. I contacted the company, and much like the folks above, they advised that I would have to pay for return shipping on speakers that DID NOT fit my truck. This is false advertising. They even asked for my VIN number and I provided it and they then confirmed that "your truck actually takes a different size." That was obvious. Even after admitting that they sent me the wrong speakers, they refused to pay for return shipping (which was close to $20). I am not going to pay for their mistake. Will not be doing business with them again and would warn anyone considering doing business with this company...

I called in to check to make sure before making a purchase that they have the item in stock, talked to a sales person on August 3,2015 morning, seemed nice on the phone, placed an order, credit card charged. 3 hours later got a call back from a different person, sorry we stopped carry that item, will refund your money or keep as store credit. Told them to refund and they did 2 days later (August 5,2015). Now, August 6,2015 there are 8 charges in different amounts showed up on my credit card. Thanks for screwed up my credit card.

I went to their site to order a replacement antenna for my car. I placed the order and got this message: "I am sorry, your bank has rejected the payment. Please contact your bank to determine why or use another credit card or form of payment." I called my bank and the agent said they authorized payment FOUR TIMES to these clowns!

When I asked for help, none was given. When I called back to speak to a supervisor, they hung up on me! When I called a third time, I got a supervisor who didn't know his butt from a tea-kettle! No good can come from patronizing this company. Look for your products from ebay or Crutchfield instead.

Even though the speakers I bought from them were advertised as an exact match for my car, they did not fit. When I complained by emails and phone, they tried to cover their mistake with some bs excuses. They told me my car has a premium stereo,
Which is doesn't, it has the same speakers they all came with. Only one option for this year. They refused to cover my return shipping cost and claimed I would have to pay a restocking fee for what was 100% their error. I couldn't believe this since they are obviously just guessing what speakers fit what cars so I called again. They said they would ask the "higher ups" about covering the shipping and then never got back to me!

I was worried after I placed an order with this company I went online to read reviews and they were all so terrible! I immediately regretted my decision and went to see about returning it... would have cost me more than the original purchase so I just crossed my fingers and hoped it would be ok. I called the company who assured me everything was fine... they sent the parts right away and they were the correct one. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because one small plastic piece was broke, but it wasn't a big deal.

Ordered 12 inch subwoofers in the box that was scratched up one corner of the box was completely gone and a amplifier and wire kit. The amp and wire kit was not in the box it's been over a month an still haven't received my items. Customer services sucks the whole place sucks. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY everything about them is a SCAM they will charge your card and want give you a refund for the missing items. If I could give no stars I would. This place is a joke

Bought a speaker box and paid with payapl instantly. Tried to cancel the order 2 hours later because I picked the wrong one. They said it had already been shipped and I'm stuck with it now. Yeah right! Ten days have now went by still nothing no box no tracking number no refund. I am going to report them to the internet crime complaint center. I should have looked up their company profile on the internet before buying from them. They have alot of unhappy customers out there. Stay away from hi fi sound connection.

I purchased a sub box for Christmas that was bought under the specs that it would fit my vehicle. After taking it to not one but two professional installers I was advised this box would not fit my vehicle and indeed would have to be cut and altered. When I contacted to find out how I could get a refund, I was interrogated as to if I had put the box in correctly, what the vin to my vehicle was to see if their specs would fit etc. I advised I merely wanted a refund but they would not offer that all! Waste of time and my money! Horrible customer service and horrible purchase! If I could give them a zero I would!
