We were contacted by this company several months ago and decided against using them for our waste management as their contract terms were unacceptable in addition to the negative reviews regarding difficulties stopping service and the fact that they are a middle-man for the waste removal. The will not stop calling us. It is harassment at this point.

Honestly, not the best, but not bad. Their service is pretty similar to other companies, but I guess I do enjoy the friendliness of the drivers compared to my previous waste collectors who would sometimes act rudely when I was paying to use their services. For Haulla drivers, I can tell they're happy doing what they do.
This company is a joke. They are a broker garbage company, that do not even own land fills or dumpster trucks, they broker there service with other companies that have landfills and trucks to pick up for them. Which is why you will never receive the best rates
If you do sign up with them,make sure to cancel the auto renewal, which is not the same as the 36 month agreement. They con you into thinking it is only 36 months, however you will also need to cancel the auto renewal. If you do not, they will state your 36 month agreement ended, but you never canceled the auto renewal portion, so then you will need to stay an additional 36 months. Which is how they lock you in as a 'customer'.
I would stay far away from this company!
Fraud fraud trash broker company they get you in a contract and keep sending fraudulent invoices even though they never pick up, and if you tell them that they never picked up and about fraudulent invoices they give it to their attorney and collection company to recover what that never picked up plus steal more money on top, please stay away they are professional con artist

Great service, great value. Switched from Waste Management, Haulla offered me about a 20% discount as well as credit for missed pick up. Also it was convenient that I could choose between credit and recovery pick up. I decided to get credit when my dumpster still had some spare capacity and asked for a recovery pick up when the dumpster was nearly full. Less stressful waste management system for my business.
There are times when don't pick up the trash once every 3 months. It was a bit frustrating because I couldn't directly contact the waste collection company, but it was okay because the manager in charge of Haulla resolve it quickly. Anyway, even if you use the service of another waste collection company, it is the same that sometimes it is not collected. So cheaper is better. There were a few dissatisfied parts, but the reason I'm still using this service is that I used to pay about $250 per month, but now I only pay $160 per month.
This company is scamming filipino contractors and not paying them. Hiring multiple candidates around 60+ then remove 95% of them and will repeat the process so that they can find new hires that will do the job for free! This company has been reported in most jobsites. To those in the States - Do not do business with this company, they have a poor service
Switched to Haulla for waste collection a few months ago and it's been great. Their service is reliable, they take almost everything for recycling, and their customer service is top-notch. Makes waste disposal a breeze!
Just so everybody knows, this is just a brokerage, not a real waste management company. You should contact a waste management company directly for better pricing and customer service. This company is by far the worst company I've ever dealt with, we have canceled their contract, three months ago, and they refuse to pick up their dumpsters. Our next steps are to take legal action. They will miss many pick ups, which is detrimental if you run a multi family or commercial business. Your tenants will be very unhappy, and they will degrade the value of your property. Do yourself a favor, spend a little bit more for better service elsewhere.

Using Haulla Waste Management has had its ups and downs. There have been times when trash pickup occurred only once every 3 months, which was frustrating. However, the Haulla manager quickly resolved this issue. Missed pickups can happen with any waste collection service, so cost-effectiveness is a significant factor. Despite a few dissatisfactions, I continue to use this service because my monthly bill has decreased significantly, from about $250 per month to just $160 per month.
A representative called and said they will buy out my contract with my previous provider. I was hesitant at first because of the reviews I see online, but my old garbage service was really terrible. I switched over anyway and it was the best decision ever. They never missed any pick ups so far and I am satisfied.
Annoyed at first dealing with late dumpster delivery multiple CS reps dealing with different parts of activating my restaurant, but they are cheaper so I ended up saving a minimum of $50+ per month deciding to go with Haulla. They are usually quicker when calling them through their call number, not through their website. Ultimately recommend to peeps looking for stellar pricing only if ur ok dealing with some delay of responding to inquiries.
Thanks to Haulla for great pricing as I was able to save around 5 bills last year, as well as handling the termination and penalties. But wished dumpster delivered sooner than 2 weeks
Great value for what it's worth. After two years with Haulla, I feel that they cater a respectable service as a mediator with stellar price. They will follow up after each inquiry to make sure everything's settled, although it could take a day or two... But their response time has FOR SURE gotten a lot faster over the years as they are a growing business. Recommend to anyone whos looking for better rate and eco-friendly product! Initially, I was kind of skeptical of the price that they offer but after one year, it seems like they're the only one in the market that seems to really be keeping to their word. Yes, there's a missed pick up sometimes but I was offered credits to make up for that.
Before, it was talking to a robot without ther customer service line opened. Now, they do a better job handling no trash pick-ups and getting back. I belive they also gave me free credit for incidents that I had to go through. Overall, it is fair to say the service level is FAIR considering the cheaper price you receive. But if you want premium service, I recommend you to stay away.
